Despite being pretty quick for a vaccine, the nurse did not desinfect the area in any of the patients and just injected the vaccine in both shoulders despite there being tattoos eg that could have easily been fresh. On a hot monsoon day this hospital poses a massive infection risk for a simple vaccine that could have been circumvented by just taking a couple seconds more time.
