Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Howrah - Kolkata, India

Many times I have ordered pizza from Domino's Rd mall, no doubts the taste and quality is good,I like it above all and I have recommended this place to many of my friends.But this time I'm disheartened to share my experience, I Placed an order today from Dominos RD mall, They accepted the order and online payment was alaso done.The delivery boy called me and asked to come and pick my order as my home my adress was non-serviceable,I told him I want to talk with his sir.He was rude very rude,no moral ethics and values he had, I asked him I couldn't come and pick the pizza because it's far from my home,you should have inform me before that you can't deliver to my location, he told ok we will cancel your order,I asked him to cancel, he told me that we don't take your order from Next time and if you order also we will cancel it. How they will do work management. The delivery guy was good he asked my location and deliver it. All this time the pizza lost his taste.. Wow Domino's Great!

It situated in RD mall liluah and it is the most old outlet of the Domino's pizza. But I have must say everytime I visited I found some new launches to taste. Go and have fun with friends and family.

In short pathetic, unhygienic place. Tablea are not clear, ac is not working, washroom don't have a light. What a tragedy Food was as usual but don't taste fresh

Best place for school students to hangout with their friends. Actually this outlet is near to school located. Friendly staff and clean ambiance. I went there with my son because Domino's is his favourite place. We ordered farmhouse pizza and garlic bread sticks. Very tasty

I went in to order a take away they denied but still i requested them to take the order but they were soo rude to me ... they were all enjoying the match and they had no interest in taking the order ... ridiculous management !! Its happening because there is only one dominos in this area and they are just mocking around with people !!

Placed an order recently from Dominos RD Mall on delivery. The order took 60 mins to deliver to nearby point location as home delivery was non-serviceable in my area and placed order was little bulky. Never rely on GPS tracking of Dominos App. It never works. While delivering, one item went missing. I said him let me drove along with you to the store and collect my missing order. The delivery guy insisted me to wait for 10 mins at the same location to get the missing order. It took next 30 mins the missing order didn't arrive. In this span of 30 mins, I already took good number of calls with Dominos store and everytime reply from other side was reaching in 5-10 mins. After complete 40 mins I received a call from a delivery person, he said that his vehicle is out of petrol and unable to reach the location. He has sent me the location where he was standing and I drove to that location to collect my missing order. So , Finally the Order was collected. By the time I reached home, my whole pizza order was soggy and smelly. The pizza had lost his complete taste. So, you see after putting so much efforts from both ends the order delivery was succeeded but the result output left with no value. There was a complete loss of valuable time, money and hard efforts in this extreme hot weather. This is how it delivers orders and win customer dissatisfaction. This is highly unexpected and disappointing. Since last couple of years I see in few locations Dominos has lost its colours of customer satisfaction. I recommend others do not order on delivery from this location rather visit the store and enjoy your pizza.

This outlet uses unethical business tactic. We ordered two pizzas and two chicken zingy parcel. While ordering I was asked if I wanted a fresh pan pizza or not but I opted for a 'classic hand tossed', but I was told 'hand tossed isn't available. How is hand tossed bread not available? It's the same flour dough you use, just instead of a pan crust shaping you do it manually and I'm sure the chef did not forget his hand at home that day. However, I also enquired about how can hand tossed not be available and was looking for an answer but the employee who was taking the order couldn't answer anything, instead she just repeated herself that it was just not avaliable which just goes to show their total disregard for customer satisfaction. And it is the second time that I was told that hand tossed is not avaliable at this dominos outlet. So I am forced to say that this is a cheap tactic to charge customers more as any fresh pan pizza costs more than hand tossed. Now coming to the pizzas - both the pizzas tasted fine but lacked cheeze. Compared to the cheese in pizza at other outlets it seemed quite less here. Secondly the zingy parcel was tough. Too tough and chewy as if the bread was some hard leather. Even the tables weren't clean when we sat there, we had to ask for them to be cleaned. None of the employees there seemed bothered. I have no good words for this outlet. Hope I don't experince the same the next time.
