Very neat showroom I would say. loved the delivery experience. Service experience as well was wonderful. Overall good.
Had the worst experience visiting this place. My brand new sonets silencer is rusted. Imagine not even a year and when I asked for warranty they accused me that I drove through the beach and told me they cannot give me my warranty. I feel like I have been given a defective car from the start coz 3 months after I bought it my seat belt motor got damaged and had to be changed and now this. Feel like I have been cheated. the people working there and intensionally giving silly reasons and not not giving my warranty which I should get coz it's genuine.whoever is reading this,please tell evryone about this experience in kia. You buy a 15 lakh car and they deny you the genuine service. This is really pathetic. I will circulate this maximum among my doctors groups and other groups also.the photo of my silencer I have added in the photos section (Google) please check... Think twice before u buy

This was my first visit to dkh Kia. I heard lot of good stories about dkh. I went there for the delivery of my sister's car. The executives are trained very well, they're very professional , and promt response to all queries. Kudos to the whole team. I really enjoyed the experience. The delivery process was swift. No unnecessary drama. I recommend dkh Kia to all.
I bought my car from Chennai, and was on a trip to Kerala, did my first service from Dhk Calicut, but still received the same hospitality and best in class service and prompt delivery of vehicle to my hotel. Keep up the good work and Thankyou for the service.
We have been to service section waiting lounge... Fully conditioned with 2 TV .. one with prime videos and one with KIA Advertising.. bottled pure water is available for drinking and newspapers too... Cushioned seats and we'll cleaned lounge .. which is divided into 2 section behind the customercare personals ... Personals are available fully n timely ...
