Worst Service Provided by Nursing and Backend Insurance Supporting Staff. 1. They don't want to care about patients 2. Really Pathetic Staff (Ms Archana Insurance Advisor) She don't want to listen anything from customers and she will not support at all. "No neatness no clean dirty smell from wards only mosquitoes"

Had my mother's total knee replacement surgery done here. Dr.Nagaraj and his team, Dr.Suman and Dr.Kaushik are the true embodiment of the term caregivers. I have seldom seen such expertise, compassion, care, access and patience being offered in the healthcare industry today. Go to them blindly and you will not regret it. The nursing team and staff also mirror the same traits and ensured a two week hospitalization went through smoothly. Overall I think this hospital, although humble in what it offers as amenities and facilities, is amongst the best atleast in the ortho department. The single point of improvement would be their tie ups with insurance companies for cashless facilities. Few insurances are supported as of now. But Archana from the insurance department does a great job and will help you navigate insurance claims.

Total Knee Replacement Surgery of both the legs of my wife was conducted successfully by Dr Nagaraj H N and his team with fifteen days of hospitalisation. The doctors were exceptionally caring and courteous. The nursing care and attention including that of Aayas made us feel at home away from home. Staff at the front Office were very efficient. Smt Archana's overall help, guidance and care during our stay was commendable. She facilitated our insurance claim very smooth and fast.

Overall experience with my mom's surgery (Fracture in Wrist Bone) was good, friendly doctors, who explained the pros and cons and alleviated fears. Having to claim the surgery from insurance went really smoothly with no hassles. I would like to thank Archana for her excellent guidance from the Insurance team. Feedback: Hands-on practice is required by nurses when they are dealing with sensitive patients.

Was here with my son for a day care procedure. The treating doctor attended to the patient promptly and left the hospital. Then started the nightmare of getting the discharge procedures done. Duty nurse , duty doctors , billing staff and insurance staff made us run pillar to post for almost 4 hours for no reason. One of the most disgusting and pathetic experience. No wonder this hospital is not even a listed hospital with the insurance companies.

Experience at the hospital has been very good so far. This is the third time we are seeking medical help. All the doctors and staff are very helpful, right from the ambulance department to the ward staff. They inform us properly of the problem and the treatment needed. A special mention to Dr Shivakumar who is always approachable. He gives the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. He has one of the best team of doctors. The insurance team works efficiently right from the admission time till discharge. Many thanks to Ms Archana and Ms Yashoda who handle the insurance process very efficiently. It was a hassle free process. Thank you madam.

Mom underwent knee replacement surgery at Deepak Hospital. Dr. Nagaraj was very cordial and approachable. Ms Archana from Office was very helpful in insurance claim settlement.
