They are more kind of SBI.They don't have backup when their pathology staff is on lunch. They don't respond to calls. No digital system to share reports. Can not provide reports without original bill in paper. I am not sure how can people take that risk with their newborn and pregnant wife. I would never recommend this hospital.. Go for Neotia,Apollo, Fortis.. don't risk your live

If a common person doesn't know the difference between bronchitis and Pneumonia, it is understandable. But if a doctor fails to differentiate then it is a matter of concern. We took our baby to this hospital and suggestion was made by doctor to admit the 1 month old baby as he is suffering from mild pneumonia. By the time I reached hospital(in about 30 mins), I was told that it is moderate to severe pneumonia. And when we received diagnosis report, it was severe acute bronchitis. I am no expert but I would expect the doctor to be.(For those who don't know, if the infection is in air ways then it is bronchitis and when the lungs are infected then it is pneumonia). Doctor citing wrong diagnosis to scare people is a total turnoff. Nobody wants to take a chance and they along with all commercial hospital out there know this very well. I also hate the fact that your medical bill depends upon your earning and whether you have insurance or not. I can go in depth with my observations but will refrain. PROS: 1. Clean relatively. 2. Few staffs are good. CONS: 1. Money minded. 2. No masks are being followed inside hospital by staffs.

Dr. Satarupa Mukherjee Madam is the most sincere, dedicated and most importantly truthful doctor. She will tell you all the necessary facts and won't hide anything. She will always motivate for normal delivery. We came to her at 37th week of my wife pregnancy. She happily accepted the case and delivered the baby normally. I can't thank her enough for all that she did for us. She is true angel. Her support staffs are awesome too specially Mubaraka Madam. Mubaraka madam is so soft spoken and helpful. Debshishu nursing home is also very good with good support staff. The only drawback - they don't provide food and also a bit expensive. But when the doctors are so excellent who thinks of expenditure.

Not so good. Stuff is not friendly. Proper business place by tieing up various doctors.

Had a very nice experience here with the doctors and every staff present. Very cozy homie and friendly atmosphere the nursing staff and the doctors are very Frank and Friendly 24*7 emergency is available. The rooms are very clean and hygienic.

Farzi nursing home. My wife went for routine check during her 4th month pregnancy. The doctor told that she could not get the fetus heartbeat and we should get ultrasound fetal eco scan etc. We went to different gynecologist she examined and found no issues as such. There were no complications earlier also. Only for billing purposes she gave us the fright of our life. Very poor doctors.

Big money with zero facility. This nursing home is owned and maintained by Dr Mukherjee family. Now a days its just about business. Always allots you a bed of higher tariff as they gonna told you other beds are already occupied. Operation theatre charge does not include the charge of Cardiac monitor!! Unbelievable! Just go and check out the single cabin room condition (2k per night) They will force you to buy medicines from their medicine shop on the ground floor. Unethical. They charged me RMO visit 1k per day, later we find there was no visit. They were so disappointed to deduct the amount. A business run by few MBBS degree holders.

Very Co-operative and humble members to reach out to. I am very much pleased with the actively services provided to me till now though the journey is still on.
