I am writing to express our profound disappointment with the stay at your establishment from Sept 29th to Oct 01 2023 . Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a series of issues that, collectively, created an atmosphere far from welcoming. It is my duty to bring these concerns to your attention: Poor Customer Service: The level of customer service at De Falcon was below par. Staff members displayed a lack of interest in attending to guests' needs, leading to an overall indifferent and unhelpful atmosphere. Poor Quality Food: The culinary experience at your hotel was substandard. The lack of variety in the menu, combined with poorly prepared dishes, significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Not Maintained Swimming Pool Causing Injuries: The swimming pool, a touted amenity, was a source of concern due to inadequate maintenance. Murky water and a neglected pool area led to foot injuries during our stay, raising serious safety issues. Extra Charges for Outside Drinks: The imposition of additional charges for consuming drinks purchased outside the hotel premises was an unwelcome surprise. This unexpected policy was not clearly communicated during check-in, leaving guests feeling exploited rather than welcomed. Delayed Dinner Buffet: The advertised dinner buffet, a feature I was looking forward to, was not provided on time. The lack of punctuality and communication regarding the delay added to the frustration of the overall stay. Poorly Maintained Washrooms Near the Pool Area: The washrooms near the pool area were poorly maintained, reflecting a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. This oversight was not only unsightly but also contributed to an overall sense of discomfort for guests utilizing these facilities. In light of these issues, our stay at De Falcon was not only unsatisfactory but also raised concerns about the overall quality of service and commitment to guest satisfaction. I sincerely hope that you address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

The resort has a hopeless entrance. Lift was under repair. My mother, a senior citizen with severe osteoarthritis of the knee had to climb the stairs multiple times. We were not informed about it and they never repaired it either. The staff service was extremely unfriendly. I don't think they even know what hospitality means!!! Once we returned from the trip, those many of us who had food from this hotel specifically had severe gastroenteritis which speaks of their hygiene standards. Swimming pool again under repair and not informed. The only positive thing was the interiors of the rooms was reasonably good.

It's not just about the money, but also about getting value for it and the experience. So it's one of the poorest experiences we had in our Goa trip. Room size are okay, but beside this everything was very poor. No proper lights in the room, disturbing smell all over the room, blocked view, rusted material/equipments in washroom. Furthermore, a persistent mosquito problem plagued our entire stay. Most sad things is, they don't have proper parking for guest vehicle, you have to ready to tackle the situation where you have to take you car out from parking multiple time to give side to other vehicle. Worst part happened to me is, the staff who parked my car during this whole scenario made scratch on my car and I noticed that when I left the hotel. In any case don't give your car key to them possibly you will land up in the same situation. I won't recommend this hotel if you expecting good experience rather than just spending night in hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel De Falcon Goa Beach Resort! The breathtaking beachfront location, coupled with the impeccable service and luxurious amenities, made my vacation truly unforgettable. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident from the moment I arrived. The resort's well-maintained rooms provided both comfort and stunning views. The variety of dining options offered delectable cuisine that catered to all palates. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying water sports on the beach, there was never a dull moment. The tranquil atmosphere and soothing sounds of the ocean made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I highly recommend Hotel De Falcon to anyone seeking a top-notch experience in the heart of Goa's beauty. Can't wait to return!

Location is great, walkable distance to beach. Shopping centres nearby, Pure Veg and Non veg hotels nearby. Room service not upto the mark. Pool was not in use. Overall good experience.

For a night we plan to stay in this hotel. We booked the room by makemytrip. It's showing clean and hygiene. And the pool was clean but when we entered the room it smelled bad and bedsheets towels were not well washed and it smelled bad ... And in the pool water is like a lake of mud water . So I suggest you don't book before seeing the hotel and rooms

It was a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit. Staff here were so professional and service oriented that I felt like I was their regular customer. Room was clean and tidy, food provided was of great taste and location was also near the beach. Would definitely stay again if ever visited there.

Amazing place to stay in. 1. Really close to Candolim Beach. 2. Booked the best suite which had a Jacuzzi (Which worked fantastically) 3. Neat and clean rooms with best room servicing and staff. 4. Pick up and drop service available too. 5. They also have Goa tour services like scuba diving, bungee jumping, etc. 6. Kiran at the restaurant was humble, fast and did great at client servicing during our stay. 7. Receptionists at the front desk were good at their client/customer servicing too. 8. Last but not the least. It is budget friendly. In short - You can rely in this hotel for food, stay, tour, music and pool.
