Worst experience with this hospital actually this is not a hospital it's a business place. There was no management team to listen your problem. And every visit you have to pay. even if you are going to check your report with same doctor within same week still have to pay. too much harassment
Completely wrost of time and the receptionist lady is so unprofessional. Didn't know how to behave with patient.and she continuously arguing with me. hospital authority should change the receptionist as soon as possible.wrost poly clinic ever

Aweful experience. Please don't go by the paid reviews. My father was admitted for 14 days from 5th to 19th October under Dr. Rajarshi Sengupta, who is extremely rude and ill-behaving . Failed to diagnose the problem even after two long weeks. Thank god i shifted him under the supervision of Doctor Subashis Koley. I must say the receptionists, nurses, sweepers and the security lady are very cordial and helpful. Dr. Subhasis Koley is extremely humane but the rest is horrible.
Care & Cure are well and good . then i believe "'every nurse was drawn to nursing because of a desire to care to starve or to help ~ Christina Feist Heilmeier " its true.............Thank You Care & Cure......
