If you are looking for perfect 360 yoga + workout classes. It's a must join place. Trainer is experienced. Healthy environment, I would say far better than Gyms.
It's been 8 months i have joined curves fitness club. I have got total Transformation of body from fat to fit just because of guidance and motivation from Bhagyashree. She is very friendly trainer. I have lost 10 kg in 3 months of diet n nutrition plan in a very healthier way. I saw many good changes in me and now i feel myself with more strength , stability and stamina peace of mind. I highly recommend this fitness club for weight loss.
I started training with Curves Fitness Club in June 2022. I am preparing myself for 7days trek in Aug 2022 In one month i have noticed improvement in my strength. Earlier i had so much breathing problem but yesterday I completed 3-3.5hrs of one day trek without heavy breathing problem, without muscle pain in leg. It really means so much to me I am very much satisfied with results and hoping to gain more strength and getting fit in next few days Thank you so much for your support.

I was with Curves Fitness for 6 months. I use to join Online as I am located in Mumbai. I could not loose much weight due to lack of sleep but I lost so much fat overall as much that people could notice. My strength, stamina had increased a lot. Initially i could hardly do 5-6 Suryanamskars which slowly I could do 30-40. My back pain had stopped. Her exercises never felt boring. Pipe workout and stretching sessions are my favorite.
