We went there in the month of Oct'23 as a family of 4, including 2 kids. Great view from the room and that compensate for everything. They have started very recently. Most of the time there was no water in the washroom. We had to call/message multiple times. Shower was not working. No hot water facility, if kids and old people are around. When requested, we got just half a bucket of hot water :( Rooms staff were not reachable most of the time. Their response was very slow. They also have a Restaurant, staff there are really good and helpful. Their services were quick. I would have rated 5 star if the room amenities were well maintained. This is an amazing place to hang out with family. Beautiful sea view which takes you to a world of ecstacy.. I would definitely visit again, provided the above said things are taken care.

This is a very bad place to stay I am from Bengaluru let me list out my bad experience after I took a beach facing room paying 4.5k 1. No WiFi as claimed by the property 2. No water was available to flush in the morning 3. The front side of the room is transparent and doesn't have proper curtains It is very embarrassing to change clothes 4. Sometimes the whole room Shakes like having an earthquake 5 curtain bars are broken 6. No hot water 7. The door locks are in a bad shape Nothing is good except its spacious not worth paying 4.5k

Cuba Agonda is really a beautiful beach resort with comfortable rooms, full sea view and tasty food. Thanks to the property manager Armaan who made us very comfortable with his kind gesture. Never ate or stayed here, but hung out several days on their shaded loungers. Great spot in south Agonda to chill during the day. Cushioned lounge chairs with some of the best/largest umbrella shade within 1km. Each shade has chairs and a table and they don't usually charge as long as you order some drinks - which is practically inevitable. Good smoothies and ice cold beverages! Fair prices. Nice staff. Easy to spot by their blue and white color theme.
Don't book it online they charge more, step in and book . Rooms were neat and clean but room floor was creaking every someone step inside. Food was okyish. I recommend this place for its beautiful sea view.
