If you are staying around this area this should be your go-to gym/fitness centre. This is a nice , clean place to workout .The coach Antony is very knowledgeable and a great motivator . Every workout is very well planned for each day of the week and you get personalized attention. I look forward everyday to the sessions and enjoy every bit of it . I recently went for a trekking in Himalayas, the same place I went 1.5 years ago.
With last 4-5 months of crossfitAE training provided, I was able to see how far I could go compared to last year. Building Strength, Stamina and Flexibility.
It's a good spacious place for people to workout, provides individual and group classes. Sessions are customized so even if you've never done CrossFit, you can still manage working out here and enjoy the regimens. Everyday it's different and the scales are build gradually. Whether it's just mental health or weight loss or building stamina, this is the place for it!
Nice place. Good coach. I had very severe radiating lower back pain, the stretches and back strengthening exercises helped greatly. I recovered within the next weeks and didn't require any pain medications. Recommended place for personalised workouts.
Crossfit AE7 is a good choice i made. It has given me strength, confidence, peace of mind and body. With coach Antonys guidance and workout plans. I have lost almost 8 kgs getting me a step closer to my fitness goals
This gym is pretty neat if you're living around the Hennur, Kothanur area. Antony is a great coach. The workouts are really well thought out. The place has a really chill vibe. Tucked away from all the traffic and noise. Definitely a great place to work out.
