Hospital is advanced. Doctors are good here. Valet parking. Cost is above average but quality is high. Nurses are friendly here. They have own pharmacy. Weekends are too crowded, so try weekdays if you are booking appointments.

Today I got ear piercing for my son from Cloudnine staff Sonu and Preethi sister. It was easy and safe. Baby hardly cried and he didn't even know he got pierced. Thank you

Dr. Mukta Nadig was best from day one till delivery. Dr. Seema was very good and supportive after delivery. Lamaze session was very informative and lot of doubts are cleared. Security staff Renuka was very supportive and co operative. And house keeping services are excellent, very clean maintained. Thank you

It was a very pleasant experience as the name says . The staff , doctors and maintenance team were very professional. Special mention is the night nursing team (wear blue scrub), they are amazing in their benevolence. They treated baby and mother to there best felt so warm .

The hospital and staff give the care you need and focus on a healthy pregnancy and natural delivery. You feel time is taken for you and the issues you might have. The entire staff from housekeeping to nurses are extremely superb ( Especially Pavithra, Ramya, Anitha, Ashwini, Asha, Gayathri, Shalini and Shyla) Doctors were very professional and friendly at every hour of the day, When I went in for delivery, everything was explained in detail, the room was comfortable. OT nursing care was extraordinary by Mahadevi, Lalitha. Dietary food was amazing taste and room service was excellent by Sathish, Chandrashekar and Naresh. I was very surprised that apart from Doctor, Nursing manager, lactation Nurse, physiotherapist and nutritionist everyone comes for daily rounds and they give lot of updates. And discharge day final billing was very smooth explained in detail. making it a positive experience overall for me and my husband who was able to witness the birth as well. Anyday I'd recommend Dr.K Sushmitha and her expertise if you want a speedy recovery after birth.

Sequence of events and the pain i endured: 1. Monday morning: as per doc's advise, did a scan for AFI and EFW at 39+5.. scan conducted by Dr. Sandeep - AFI was 16, EFW was estimated at 3.7 kg 2. Doc said must induce within 24 hrs as efw is high and no spontaneous labor pain 3. Got admitted at 4.30 pm, induced with misoprostol at 5.30 pm. NST started at 6.20 pm, despite informing that I cannot lie straight, I was forced to. I was also asked to walk around, which I did from 8.20-9.20 pm 4. 10.40 pm - no dilation next round induction, was denied additional pillows to manage my pain by the housekeeping staff 5. 2.00 am - mucus plug comes off and water breaks, only 1 cm dilated 6. 3.00 am shifted to labor room, I ask for epidural 7. 3.45 am - epidural started, asked to sleep for 2 hours - constant nst 8. Severe sciatica pain due to nst, epidural breakthrough pain 9. 7.30 am - one watermelon juice given and then pitocin started 10. Despite labor progressing well, breakthrough pain unbearable, taken for c section as fetus distress and guess what baby weight only 3 kg! The decision making point was based on flawed estimate by Dr. Sandeep 11. Kept in recovery room for over 2 hours as no cradle in hospital! 12. Once in room, was told no water for 6 hrs after surgery. Nurses squeeze and pull nipple and insert it in baby causing immense pain 13. Next morning, still no solid foods until i have motion, continue to feed. Was asked to walk around. With Catheter and cannula!! Told to drink lots of water - only water not in reach, bed is impossible to get out of due to height issues - Stool not provided despite many requests. 14. Another day of being maimed by the nurses, day 3 in the hospital, i was asked to go and attend a lactation session soon after catheter was removed! I said no, pls come here and teach. Some other sisters came making faces and said baby is very hungry, I must first express 30 ml(!), then direct feed and then feed the baby expressed milk(!!!) every two hours! I lost my mind, this is classic gaslighting by the sisters. Standard protocol for all without understanding somebody's situation - no food or water in over 2 days, no sleep, just come out of a major surgery! I asked for the pediatrician and told him this is not ok. He seemed more reasonable but still not very tuned in to the patient's needs. 15. I asked for help to bathe, was told to go bathe by myself. I had to even take medicines by myself at one point Just avoid this hospital. The caregiving system is completely broken here. Insurance and billing is a completly different nightmare on its own. Front desk - less said the better. They still haven't refunded my PAC charges. Only positive - labor room nursing staff (Mahadevi and Manjula), anesthesist Dr. Sathish Also only one caregiver allowed, even for csection - and they are not even given bedding

The best place for emergency treatment during pregnancy. All the procedures are so smooth. Hats of to every staff ..for their extraordinary service. Every one is so helpful. The pricing is so reasonable. Apart from these the ambience is also great. The waiting hall is awesome too...I came for emergency treatment but returning back with a smile on my face..

Mahadevi , Simi, Lokesh was very helpful during the delivery and helped me and my husband in every possible way . They understood the problem and provided the solution at once ..! Cheers to them and to cloud nine sahkarnagar to have such wonderful people ..Additionally Ratna from cleaning team was proactive and humble in nature and helped us cleaning services upto the mark ..
