I must admit that it was the most amazing decision that we had made to have my wife's delivery at Cloudnine Old Airport Road branch..We were served by some Angels at the hospital who gave us an awesome experience of birthing and first steps of Parenting. @Annie sister, @Chethana mam (who attended in the labour room) and @Reetha sister while we were in room - three superstars who played a vital role in making our first baby birth experience wonderful..I was literally stunned by the character, care and presence they showed during our time at the hospital. You make us say that nurses are Angels we see in real life. I got to see how Annie sister and Chethana mam at their best in the labour room during her delivery...you guys rock. Reetha sister - your experience in handling the baby and mom, explaining dos and don'ts and helping other sisters do the right thing is excellent. Shobha Venkat mam- last but not the least, you are such an outstanding doctor. Your guidance, and decision making from day one gifted us the little angel without any hassle. The insurance procedures were hassle free as well, and the way all nurses in 4th floor who take care of the patients is wonderful. Thank you very much for all the support and I recommend this hospital for all the folks who are looking for the best hospital available for mother and baby care in Bangalore. Kudos to all.

I booked a home ear piercing for my 4 month old baby girl. I asked for sister Rita to visit my home and do the piercing since she had looked after my babies when I delivered them at the old airport road branch. Sister Rita has been a god-sent for me, both during my deliveries and for this home ear piercing I just did. Her warmth and care is exemplary. She has completely won me over with her kindness. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness when I have needed it the most. The ear piercing experience was so smooth and seamless. Sister Rita knew exactly what to do and my baby barely felt the pain. I will recommend this highly.

We went to this hospital for my husband's surgery (a small procedure) and came back with a lifelong trauma. It was supposed to be a 30-60 minutes surgery. But the doctor called me just after 15 minutes and said that an accident happened and my husband got burn. The doctor said that one of the machinery got short circuit and his OT bed caught fire in the middle of the surgery. I saw my husband shivering. I could literary hear the sound of his teeth shivering. I saw another doctor (a plastic surgeon) peeling off his burn skin, for dressing. He got 2nd degree burns on both the thigh and the left hip. He was not able to sleep for months. He was under heavy dose of antibiotic. A burn victim has to suffer pain mostly alone, family and friends are not allowed as precautionary measures. The pain that he went through cannot be expressed in words. The hospital did take care of the burn treatment and did not charge us for it. But as the time passed, they stopped reimbursing for the medicines that he still needs to take. It's been 6 months and the wounds are still there. It still pains sometimes. We got this traumatic experience in returns of trusting this hospital. I get up in the middle of the night as those memories still haunt me.

We got our daughter's ears pierced by the professional nurse Reetha at home today and the entire process was taken care of very beautifully. She became friends with the child first and then proceeded with the procedure. I am really thankful of her for such a good experience.

First and foremost, I have a deep level of appreciation for Dr. Poornima (our obstetrician) and her sincere dedication and support during my labor. She was literally there with us at midnight to induce and again at early morning to conduct the delivery. Dr Poornima was really knowledgeable and experienced and walked us through the entire process of pregnancy and labour well in advance. It's truly commendable when a doctor understands and respects a patient's wishes, especially when it comes to the birthing process. My determination for a normal delivery, coupled with Dr. Poornima's supportive approach, made the experience even more rewarding. The journey of labor pain can be challenging, but the joy of hearing your baby's first cry undoubtedly makes it all worthwhile. I am also thankful to all the labour room sisters, especially Sister Vincy, and all ward sisters especially Sivaranjani, Shalini(both of them), Sibi, Kokila, Nirmala for their tireless efforts and constant care. I would like to express my gratitude to Reeta Sister and Violet Sister for their invaluable assistance and support in helping me feed our little one. Your kindness and patience have made a significant difference in our experience. I am incredibly grateful for my physiotherapist Shalini for her support and guidance throughout my pregnancy journey. My husband who is a paediatrician at Cloud Nine Hospital, speaks highly of the team of pediatric doctors there. Having met them, I am starting to understand why he feels so. Dr. Nilesh and Dr. Amitoj deserve heartfelt thanks for their dedicated care and support as neonatologists for our little baby. Having skilled and experienced professionals by your side during this precious time can make all the difference. It's evident that the team at Cloud Nine Hospital is dedicated and skilled, ensuring the best possible care for young patients. Words cannot fully express the depth of my appreciation for your commitment and compassion. You are true heroes, and I will always cherish the wonderful memories we have from our time under your care.

We had great experience at CloudNine. Thanks to Dr.Poornima. She is very approachable and knowledgeable. We had good natural delivery with healthy baby and mother. Thanks to all the nurses and staff. They were very supportive. Thanks to food services for giving healthy food right on time each time.

Extreme, Exellent, Excitemented Experience......well maintained hospital, well behaved staff... Dr.Radhika mam was too good, from the day 1 she was impressive, handelling the consultation.
