Housekeeping and staffs are fabulous. Rooms are kept clean all the time. Thank for the generous effort toward cleanliness. Doctor Ramya helped us with all the delivery details and process. She have very good hand and my wife delivered a healthy boy, normal delivery with less pain. Nurses are very well trained and understand how to take care of new born baby. Nurses are heart of any hospital and in Cloudnine, they make sure patients and baby shouldn't face any issue. Canteen food is good and healthy, they are always in time, food service was very good. Editing the review, reason to edit this beacause last days the services from overall management was not good. Example, baby was taken for hearing test and was informed that it was done, next day again they were taking for hearing test stating that if was not done. My son was having some jaundice issue, so doctor advice to take photo therapy, that day no one came to visit, even phototherapy felt little unsafe because of intense light and the baby eyes cover was very tight which made baby cry for whole night. Just request cloudnine to take care from managment side as discharge summary took 5 hours and they said doctor not there to write discharge summary. Overall experience was good

Doctors, sisters and house keeping staff took care of my wife as well as daughter very well. Last but not the least, the food quality is best. The staff at cafeteria are very prompt and they deliver the food anytime we ask, along with timely food for mother. We recommend their services anytime for our friends and relatives.

I must say nursing staff , duty dr too good to be true .They make you feel soo comfortable. They way the keep mother and new born it's so sweet . Dr Sandhya is wonderful @ what she dose explains details properly . Supportive and kind House keeping staff is really help full . Keep your room neat and clean . Canteen food services are good . They don't miss any schedule for new mother and over all food quality is Also good . Mallesh helped us alot during 2.5 stay

Very impressed with house keeping staff. They maintain good cleanliness of the room and premises. Every good canteen services to the mother. They serve proper diet suggested by doctor. They world serve fruit juice, soup, snacks and food at regular intervals.

We had an amazing experience with cloud9 and Dr.Shilpashree that words are just not sufficient to express our experience and gratitude, but still I'll try my best. She is very patient with all our questions. This not only resolved my doubts but also instilled confidence in me and my wife. Because of this, I trust her medical advise fully. Just follow her advise to the dot, your reports and test results will be perfect. She always pushed for natural birth and motivated my wife to do the same. The whole birthing experience was completed with minimal tablet consumption and proper guidance on diet and exercises. If, as a husband, you want to be involved with the pregnancy and birthing experience and you are clueless, she is the go to doctor. Trust me, as a commerce graduate, I understood a lot about pregnancy. Today, I'm a father to a baby girl and me and my wife are eternally thankful to her. One of the best services, all were friendly and on their toes. So far the best in the industry I have seen.
