Had a brilliant stay for a night . Checked in late and was wonderfully received by the team at the front desk . Sujoy , Arpita , Meghna and Tejaswini at the front desk was very helpful. My room was upgraded at no cost and reasonable extension was allowed on check out . Bell boy , Manas was ever smiling and obliging. Restaurant was equally good . Staff were cordial and helpful . Food was tasty . The chef was personally supervising the delivery . Only scope of improvement is introducing shower curtains in washroom and serving of a better quality of welcome drink in the buffet .

The hotel is very good, and hygiene is excellent. You will find a nice variety in breakfast, and the staff is very polite. I have interacted with Kesand and Tejaswanee.

Very nice staff and rooms are also very clean and neat Thanks to tejaswini ji for helping with the whole process The only minus point here is check out is so early

The Restaurant kimiya is great, from the staff to the food... the service there is good, they are always around to know if we needed anything, we got to meet the chef which was amazing, is food is really good... we'll definitely come back.

The hotel is very good and why? Because the staff is attentive to details and they listen to guest request, executive chef Singh is the best during our stay we wanted to have a special dish and he said "Yes" right away... little little things is what make the difference - Certainly anyone who's looking for stay - Go for it

Pathetic experience on their services. 1. On sign board Pure Veg Restaurant is mentioned. 2. Staff claim to have separate kitchen but when we ordered Paneer they served chicken 3. Service is so slow that to get bottle water it takes 45 mins and for food anywhere between 45 to 60 mins 4. Your complaints have no impact on staff. For them Paneer and Chicken are same. 5. Cleaning and other services below average I do not recommend stay over here

Even though the rooms were available they are not ready to allot the rooms to the guest Very very poor service at the hotel They don't know anything about hospitality Pritesh Kumar Yadav n Meghna Kumari at the reception is very very rude
