Beautiful property excellent service The rooms are spacious and nicely organised. The staff is very courteous friendly and polite. Food is delicious. The only thing is the hotel is located around 7 KM from M G Road but it was a great experience to stay close to nature and the peaceful environment. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is located in Bojoghari, around 5km from Gangtok. It's in a mostly residential locality, which is less crowded and lets you experience the natural beauty. Accessing the markets can be a challenge though. Tourist attractions like Gonjang Monastery, Tashi view point and Bulbulay waterfall are nearby within walking distance. The property is beautiful, with all the facilities available. Cleanliness was maintained all around. We had booked 6 rooms, and all our rooms were upgraded since better rooms were available. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our feedback and requests regarding food and menu options were heard. One person even helped us get medicines from Gangtok late at night. Overall nice stay, will definitely recommend the hotel.

Great place with good view Big & specious rooms, food quality is good. One of the best hotel in gangtok, along with the most beautiful view. It was a comfortable stay with warm hospitality.

The resort was nice including the rooms, but the room service was extremely horrible. When we returned from our site seeing, the rooms weren't cleaned up yet. We had to call the house keeping staff and get it done. Initially, they were reluctant to do their job saying that it was the morning staff's duty. The receptionists, especially Ms. Shivani, is an extremely rude and arrogant and doesn't have the etiquette to speak to her guests. To our surprise, when we asked for extra sugar sachets for tea, they told us that they would be chargeable. Overall, less than average experience.

Actual rating for this place is not even 1 should be zero or negative. Cleanliness poor, breakfast poor, staff not helpful and zero responsiveness towards concern raised by us. Sticky floor stinky washrooms, bedding not changed after previous guests stay, half used shower gels. Chef is not ready or available is excuse for late servings of omelette and that too not as per instructions. Staff quality poor all trainees and freshers. I could go on and on ... in short don't go to this place unless it's the LAST option.

Trip.. travelling with teen Book this place if u want to stay away from MG road ..cab will charge 350 rsand u can roam the busy streets. The hotel is a classy place. All basic requirements of a business/4star hotel r met. Property is new so most of the things r fresh including welcome lounge sofa, curtains , furniture, etc. Good view of waterfall... peaceful surrounding Good breakfast. Staff properly trained great Service.
