Don't go to CMH. Visited an orthopedic doctor for toe & knee injury after a fall. He only checked my toe bc it was all black & blue. He didn't even examine my knee. Since he didn't care to tell me, I had to ask him, can I walk/move? He nodded yes & on to the next patient. My leg situation got worse over next 15 days and I visited another doc, who said, the first doc should have tied it up. Had to get knee scan also. It's overloaded with patients, nobody gets proper care. Only the canteen & the Aarthi scan center are good.

During my visit, I had to make several rounds between the reception and casualty departments just to understand where to begin with my treatment. Medicine prescriptions are directly tied to the hospital's pharmacy. This arrangement effectively restricts patients from obtaining their medications elsewhere and from reviewing the prescription and quantities recommended by their physicians.

Extremely good and friendly staff. Located at a prime and easily accessible place in Bangalore and yet very affordable charges. Transparency in all the charges for each procedure is well displayed on boards and that's what surprised me. Insurance desk has been really good and prompt in following up and discharge process was pretty smooth.

As far as from my side, had good experience. Recently they have introduced new wards deluxe and super deluxe. With existing pvt wards. Insurance team was really helpful with clear communication also have seen very neatly handled other insurance cases. When asked for scaned documents which was also provided with out escalation. Treatment wise in deluxe wards nurse's were with good knowledge. Night time nurse some were not upto the mark. Probably due sleep fatigue. Over all experience rating 4

I was reviewed under Dr. Shruti for my tonsillectomy surgery and the quality of service provided by the hospital staffs and doctor was so welcoming and felt so good to be a part of this network hospital. Thanks CMH hospital and staffs.

Sister Yellamma's immense helpfulness and humble nature shone through as she took exceptional care of my mom during the nights. I extend special appreciation to Sister Yellamma for her kindness towards my mom. I'm also grateful to Sister Vinitha for her sweet personality and Sister Suzzan for simplicity. The entire CMH team, including the caring housekeeping staff and the heartwarming security guards at ICU ward 2nd floor, deserves a big thank you. And Dr. Sunitha, a perfect doctor who not only comprehended my mom's condition but also cheered me on to stay strong and make the best of the situation.

I was admitted on 17th of September midnight due to accident.I was operated by Dr S Gopinath on 18th of September due to my right hand fracture.They had operated me with plate fixing inside.Despite of all this I was suffering from severe pain from the day of operation.When I ask Dr Gopinath he use to say after the surgery pain will be there they didn't prescribed pain killer also and vitamin and calcium tablets. While staying over there I was detected by dengue also. The sisters were so rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to behave with the patients. After the surgery I went to OPD twice with the same complain and they didn't even done the plaster properly it came out just the day after I got discharged.Even they didn't prescribed for an x-ray after the surgery nor they prescribed any medicine. As I was in lot of pain I went for second opinion. They have done an X-ray and in report it was mentioned that the plate which they fixed was not adequate all the screw were loose and the bone which was fractured was not heal. At the time of accident there was only one fracture they have done an another fracture by the doctors. Dr S Gopinath have done my surgery in a improper way And have done wrong treatment and leads to resurgery of my hand . Chinmaya Mission worst hospital in Bangalore.
