These guys are only interested in making money. Not sure how they got into this humble profession. Patients with insurance are their best prey. Scaring the patient is the first thing they do. If you complain stomach pain or lower back pain, they will tell you that it could be kidney stone. For simple lower back pain, they kept my wife in icu for a day and they suggested MRI. Then shifted the patient to special room though I asked them to shift her to ward. They took all the decisions themselves and I just had to pay the bill. They took my phone number but never called me for anything. If you have health insurance, your minimum bill will be 50k. That's for sure.

A good hospital where concern & care for patients is priority. My son was suffering from dengue and thanks to Dr Patel & his team of Dr's & nursing staff he recovered really fast. Only necessary tests were carried out & extra medicines were also taken back and adjusted. Even the administrative staff kept checking on my son's condition apart from the duty Dr's who visited him quite frequently. The conservancy staff were also quite regular with rooms being clean 4 times a day.

A Nightmare Experience at Chaitanya hospital Where do I even begin? My recent experience at this Hospital was nothing short of a complete disaster. I was left utterly disappointed, frustrated, and concerned for my well-being. From the moment I stepped foot into the hospital, it became apparent that patient care and safety were not their top priorities. First and foremost, the lack of communication and organization at this Hospital was appalling. After undergoing a series of tests and examinations, I was eagerly awaiting the results that would shed light on my condition. However, to my dismay, no reports were given to me. Despite my repeated requests, the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide any information. The complete absence of transparency left me feeling abandoned and in the dark about my own health. To make matters worse, I couldn't help but notice the blatant disregard for basic hygiene practices. It was evident that single-use items were being reused multiple times, putting patients' lives at serious risk. I witnessed medical equipment being used on different patients without proper sterilization, which is not only unethical but also extremely dangerous. This blatant negligence not only compromises patient safety but also raises serious concerns about the hospital's commitment to infection control. Furthermore, the staff's attitude towards patients was shockingly callous and unprofessional. The nurses and doctors appeared disinterested, rushed, and lacking in empathy. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions without any genuine concern for the well-being of their patients. Basic courtesy and compassion seemed to be missing from their skill set, making the already distressing hospital experience even more unbearable. Overall, my time at Chaitanya Hospital was an absolute nightmare. The lack of communication, unhygienic practices, and indifferent staff left me questioning the competency and integrity of this institution. It is disheartening to think that such a crucial place for healing and care could fall so short of its responsibilities. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking medical attention at Chaitanya Hospital to think twice and explore alternative options. Your health and well-being deserve better than what this hospital has to offer.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND LOVED ONES AVOID THIS HOLE, Most pathetic hospital and staff ive come across in my life, Nobody cares here about the patients health, they will loot money first, still they wont treat the patient accordingly.. There's not even real doctors here , Some technicians are treating and taking care of the patients without the supervision of a doctor. and they call themselves doctors, these pathetic technicians will ask you to get tablets or injections by yourself and then they will give it to the patients.. Thank god i saved my dad and got him discharged ASAP, And the real responsible people of this hospital, SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN. Ive seen a government vet hospital doctors more qualified and understanding and practical and they are more human to animals then you guys.

I had to visit this hospital today for an emergency for my friend. Doctor Mustafa was duty doctor. No treatment was given and doctor was very concerned only about his fee. Never in my life I have seen a doctor like him. He was least bothered to ask about the patient's health condition. Worst treatment was given. Very disappointed with doctor's behaviour. I could find the value for money and not the patients health. And the amount he charged for his treatment was huge. I would never suggest this hospital even for an emergency purpose.

This place shouldn't be qualified as a hospital at all in the first place. Very pathetic experience, absolutely no professionalism or even basic responsibility towards a patient, they do not show any care and concern and are very harsh towards them. A relative was undergoing dialysis treatment here and apparently even if your insurance is willing to pay for the medication and other necessities during the treatments the so called staff will not do the required procedures correctly, they will get approval only for one part of the treatment and force us to pay for the medications, injections and other necessities that too into the pockets of some employee who will go out and get the medication in an unauthorised manner and personally inspite of having a pharmacy. They demand for money first to get the necessary medication for a patient who has fallen very sick and in that unstable condition, they ask us to give money personally or send us to get the medication in an emergency situation and instead of tending and caring for the patient in times of utmost emergencies, they argue and justify and demand for money . My uncle's condition worsened as the dialysis was being done. He underwent 7 sessions of dialysis where his health deteriorated because the dialysis access was infected and without doctors approval or confirmation or even check up, we were prescribed and forced to eat antibiotics that dint help in their betterment. The person handling the procedure was very careless about it and told us that infection at the cartheter access is very normal and it is supposed to be infected and it will take some time and after that it will reduce. After 7 dialysis, we forced and demanded them to get a blood test to see for improvement or betterment and the blood sample was collected for which we were suggested to pay from our pockets for that technician to get a blood test elsewhere only to tell us that he needs more blood as the first report is not accurate. They are very very irresponsible and absolutely no knowledge or seriousness during the job, important and compulsory medications and IVs are careless forgottenor not administered to the patient only to wait till the next week to give it. During the dialysis treatment, the non medical consumables that supposed to be one time use and throw like the main dialysis filter is washed and reused again multiple times stating that it can be used multiple times before discarding, Important IVs like hepatitis B vaccine to protect the patient from dangerous infections are not provided or administered inspite of asking and showing hospitalization prescriptions. Once we shifted him to another hospital for dialysis, it was told the infection had spread into the blood and he had to be admitted again. The cause of virus being multiple use of one time consumables, no ventilation in the surrounding environment and also that the dialysis was not being done accurately or according to the patient's condition, the technician would end up overdialyzing or underdializing the patient which led to loss of nutrients and cause low RBC and hemoglobin. After 7 times of dialysis, ,the toxin levels increased and the patient was not taken care of and all the decisions are made by local supervisors without even a single consultation or check up from the doctor in a whole month. The dialysis access was already planned to be changed and conducted even before the Av fistula matured and this decision was taken by a technician without any confirmation, checkups, blood tests and health condition. The life of a patient has no value at all as these people be careless and play games. I do not recommend this hospital even for a small health issue. It should even be qualified as a hospital at all. Very pathetic experience , absolutely unprofessional, careless and useless. -5/5 rating.
