Such a scam this hotel is. Before coming to the call hotel I called and asked if they can give me early check in, they said yes . And while checking out they forced me to pay additional one day tariff. At the time of check i already asked if they'd charge anything extra. The staffs acting like rowdy and threatened me to call even police they don't care. Request to everyone, please don't come to this fraud hotel. Even the owner their is big fraud.

Worst hotel ever seen Told people that room booked and make harshment to people at late night by telling that no room even after confirming room already booked. I have the whatsApp screen shot also bad behavior

price was high as per room, Receptionist behaviour was rude, they showed one room ,gave another room ,that too was not clean.Every staffs are very greety and they charged more than double for any room service.

The in house staffs are idiots and don't know the basic courtesy how to come in side guest' s room.

*very bad in service, even the room are not cleaned properly. *service staff don't have etiquette to talk to guest. * I asked for normal drinking water (not mineral water bottle) and they give the water of overhead tank of hotel. *get delay each time for responding to my request by Room service. Overall very bad experience I got feel there as compared to their room tariff.

I had no option except to give 1 star rating coz I didn't find 0 star rating. Pathetic reception at counter who don't want to break his head for customer problems. Rooms were extremely dirty. No hygiene maintained at all. No complimentary breakfast. No WiFi. Complete waste of money. Don't go by hotel 3 star rating on Google. It's not at all worth of that. Most important please change the people on reception. If you can't provide better service then atleast keep some good people who can behave in a kind gesture and in a convincing manner with hotel guests.

I came to stay near howrah as transit stay at night as next day my train was there.. While stay at this hotel, it was very horrible experience. This hotel is not at all fitting the standard of any star rating for the room/facility they are providing. Room was in very pathetic condition with unbearable smell of smoking & wall damping. Room rent was exorbitantly high...while checkout No feedback system .For God sake, I would never suggest any family to stay in this hotelhotel.

Worst hotel, owner don't have manners how to talk with there guest.pathetic services, we have booked 18rooms my all guests are very disappointed. Please think twice while booking this hotel.
