I stayed here for 5 days with family and I enjoyed the stay. The staff is polite and their services are accurate. They understand the customer needs. The rooms are spacious and have basic amenities as well.
Points to ponder: 1. They can provide a few more items in the room like a dryer and a dental kit which was missing
2. The furniture needs repair. The king size beds have two single beds and it gets a little uncomfortable while sleeping.
3. The breakfast quality can be improved. It is good but it can get better. Their food in general is very tasty.
Candolim beach is very near and you can simply walk to the beach. It is located in a peaceful place so you can enjoy the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort... The suite room was quite spacious and was clean and well maintained with a nice balcony. The staff was friendly and courteous and professional. They always greeted and played with our 3 year old. The swimming pool was hygienic. The breakfast was lovely with the right amount of spices for my 3 year old too. Special thanks to Mr. Benny D'Souza, operations manager who was extremely friendly and would guide us during the entire trip. Would recommend this resort to our family members too...
We, a group of five really enjoyed staying here 4 nights. Do not find any issues even for family stay as well. Services are very good specially Mr. Benny and team always available to serve their best. There are few areas which requires improvements and their HR department is taking care of such improvements.

Loved my extended stay at Casablanca for 1.5 days. The initial room we had was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with palm trees all around! Property is very close to the beach and to the road which has a lot of happening pubs nearby in Candolim. Ordered fish curry and rice to the room, was very homely yet tasty. Enjoyed some beer by the pool as well. Only area of improvement is the breakfast where they should have more healthy and non veg options. Even a salad or sauted veggies/sausages addition would be good.

Nice and pleasant experience...Resort staff is very polite and co-operative. You can opt for morning breakfast(brunch) that includes many items, so you do not need to worry about lunch. Overall if you are searching for place near to beach area, then this resort is good option to stay.
The rooms are good.The staff is very cooperative.Overall the property is very good , location is very near to the beach.The only problem I saw is with the complementary breakfast.they have breakfast available till 10:30 ,but even if you are sitting and having your meal,they will take away everything by 10:30.That was kind of wierd ,they should not allow guest coming after 10:30 for breakfast but those already sitting and having their meal they close the breakfast even for them.
