Hotel is very near to jetty & Nice location . Room view is good. Staff is very welcoming & courteous. They just opened new cafe, pizza was very good. They have very nice pool & lot of open space. Only drawback is room interiors, need to work on interior design. It looks very old & some patchy walls.

Stay was very awesome. The place has a different vibe all over. We can feel the peace and the view is just beautiful.

Great place to stay. The view from your rooms is going to be breathtaking. The rooms are amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The people at the property are very helpful and friendly.

I turned up to the hotel and asked for a bed, the receptionist seemed a little unhappy about that request. She showed me a room but as it was out of my budget I asked for a cheaper room. She agreed, but warned me I wouldn't like it because it was smaller and didn't have a seaview. I was okay with that, so I took that room instead. She was right, I didn't like the room but that was due to the stains on the bedding from blood and smashed insects, the missing shower curtain, the dirt in the pool, a matress almost as hard as stone, and the fact they tried to harass me out of my room well before check-out time. But I suppose they warned me.

Starting with how nobody helped us with the luggage and this place has no elevator. Secondly, the room they gave us had spider webs, rusted metallic surfaces, plunge-y bed whose springs you could feel while sleeping, super compact and non-ventilated washroom, very noisy AC, age old fridge which stinks, dirty cupboards and what not. Guys, if they ever give you the room which opens up to the pool, don't take it.! It's a trap! Maybe that's an empty space turned into a room. Very unpleasant experience. I was stuck as I booked for 2 days in a row but this place didn't deserve the money they charged me.

I booked this wonderful homestay for my parent's vacation in Goa... This hotel has some of the most beautiful scenic view of the Arabian Sea. Also this was near to the sunset viewpoint. The staff was really an icing on the cake. WOULD RECOMMEND!!

I went as walk-in seeing this place online. Nice location near Dona Paula beach. Receptionist made me talk to lady manager over call. The prices I was getting online was much cheaper that lady manager quoted. Infact the price she was charging me was of bigger room but room they were offering me was small one. I requested them to give room at reasonable price and lady manager replied upfront - "if u r getting less price through online websites then book online, but walkin offline price will b ----. Once u book, let me know the total amount and accordingly we'll give you room. And you'll have to wait for 1-1.5hr for room to get ready." Infact she was not ready to give me at the price it was showing me online. This clearly shows that if person makes online booking and price is less then they'll give you some bad room. Therefore, I always prefer to go directly, see the room and finalize the room for stay. Seeing such a rude behaviour, I just moved out of there and booked in other place. One more fact. A foreign lady staying in this hotel, asked receptionist about how to go to Panaji using local transport and receptionist was totally unaware of even famous local places of Goa. She just insisted to book taxi and reach destination. Looks like hotel is just concerned with making money from customers and no help is given in terms of guiding. One guest felt pity on foreign lady and guided her.
