One of the best hospital. Here I consult Dr. Vikrant mahajan related to urinary problems and he diagnosed my problems so well. I m satisfied with his treatment. He is so knowledgeable and his behaviour towards his patient is so polite n humble.

The reviews for that hospital were pretty terrible, especially when it came to the staff. those guys just don't know how to talk to people. They're like super unprofessional, It's like they never learned basic manners or customer service. It's a real shame, because a hospital should be a place where you feel safe and cared for, not treated like garbage.

I am a patient of stone in the left side of kidney and went to Capitol hospital and Dr. Vikrant Mahajan was treating me and he suggested to operate because stone is blocked into the urine pipe .....then I was operated by Dr. Vikrant Mahajan he was so polite and treated me well and I am now fine and fit

A Disappointing Experience at Capitol Hospital As someone who recently had a rather unfortunate encounter with Capitol Hospital in Jalandhar, I feel compelled to share my thoughts and experiences. It is disheartening to say that my visit left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. To begin with, I must highlight that Capitol Hospital proved to be the worst hospital I have ever encountered. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it became evident that their primary focus was on monetary gains rather than providing genuine care and support to their patients. One of the most distressing aspects of my experience was the constant demand for money. It felt as if the hospital's main objective was to extract as much money as possible from patients, rather than prioritizing their well-being. The staff's relentless insistence on additional payments left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Furthermore, the credibility of test reports conducted outside the hospital was questionable. It was disheartening to realize that the hospital did not place much trust in these reports, making it difficult for patients to have faith in the accuracy of their diagnosis. This lack of confidence in external test reports only added to the overall sense of unease and uncertainty during my time at Capitol Hospital. What added insult to injury was the discrepancy in rates discussed prior to admission and the subsequent demand for extra money once admitted. It was distressing to witness the hospital's sudden change in attitude, where they conveniently disregarded the initial agreements and started asking for additional funds. This deceptive practice only further eroded my trust in the hospital's integrity. In conclusion, my experience at Capitol Hospital was deeply disappointing. The hospital's focus on monetary gains, the lack of trust in external test reports, and the demand for additional payments after admission all contributed to a distressing and disheartening encounter. It is my sincere hope that the management of Capitol Hospital takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their services, ensuring a more compassionate and transparent approach towards patient care.
