We had a family trip of Goa, we stayed at this resort during Diwali Holiday for 4 Nights, great hospitality. Great Services & food. Great Gesture from Manager Samuel and other staff.

Don't deserve a star really. Before coming I saw the reviews but when I have experienced it so the reviews were came true and pathetic location, pool water was smelling, no management whatsoever, every time we have to call the receptionist to clean the room otherwise if we didn't inform them. Average rooms no lifts, breakfast and dinner is also okay, no proper management there, no plates sometimes if more people arrive at it. There should be a serious concern raised against it and also folks please do think and visit this place. But one good thing happened was the staff were really helpful once we informed them they did the cleaning of the room properly.
Not so good experience. Swimming pool water bed and pool's tiles damage. Food are average. No lift, no hot water in bathroom.

One of the poorest experience with the hotel. Donot go by the pictures on the website. Everything is worst. Travel websites please remove the hotel from your list. It will bring bad name to your websites.

This resort is not look at all what the photos look like.
(1)Hot water is not provided in the rooms of this resort,
(2)the tiles of the swimming pool are broken, which may hurt you.
(3)The AC in the room does not work properly.
(4)Here the Room cleaning staff steals luggage.. One of our power banks was stolen.
(5)Here The behavior of the staff is extremely rude. They talk to you rudely.
(6)Here is a dog that barks at you, and may bite you.
We 20 members stayed in this hotel for 5 days but we didn't feel anything special here. And now we regret going here.
It is a very useless resort. If you go, read this once and judge..
I was bitten by a dog. Not safety for guests Given that.. in this price we would have found another good hotel in Goa....thanku and be alert for this.
