Among the Diagnostic centers in Howrah...this is the best as per my knowledge...

Very bad service if you want to get report on another branch centre

Very poor service and report are totally useless

Only business is happening here. They dont care about patients. After doing the bill need to wait long time more than for hours for the specialy usg. And they did not tell the estimated time of test. Very bad service i ever seen. Staff are gossiping with each other.

Very good diagnostic center will almost all kind of diagnostic facilities...

Staff behaviour is very poor, no time sence. Bad service

Has been involved in multiple controversial cases.(eg. Handling out wrong reports, leading to wrong diagnosis ). The behavior of the receptionists are the worst won't even talk politely. They don't clarify the necessary instructions. Just there to have your money and hand you the bill
