This hospital is run by the worst doctors I have ever encountered. They have no humanity or medical skills- some examples: literally transported a patient mid surgery from OT to a CT scan without telling the attendants and with no regard for risk of infection, did not allow a patient who is wearing hospital gown into scan and kept her in corridor for 45 minutes because they were waiting for the 2000 Rs to be paid (already patient has paid 15 lakh deposit), They have ruined my mother's health drastically by consistently providing the worst advice and just instilling fear that if what they advice is not done, then it would make things worse. Completely baseless claims of expertise!!! Their medical licenses should be suspended!!!

If you care about your family and loved ones pls don't visit this Hospital... Horrible service totally unprofessional staff, nursing and arrogant security.. Had a 1st hand experience today with my father, seeing my father collapse infront of me but not a single soul of staff to even chk the pulse and give first aid.. Pls avoid this Hospital if u care for urself nd ur loved ones....

Dr. Venkataramana is the best doctor in spine surgery. Hospital maintenance and caring, receiving is good. Good and understandable staff.

Brains hospital or SSNMC as it is known is located in RajaRajeshwari nagar. This place has many senior doctors amd consultants in all departments. The pricing compared to other hospitals is low. The staff is friendly. There is not much crowd here as i know from past 4 months. They have small canteen and there is also a coffe day outlet.

Recently we performed brain surgery of my father at Brain's hospital to remove the cancerous tumor ( GBM grade 4 cancer) but lost our father due to a post surgery complication ( internal brain bleeding). Overall the hospital experience was not satisfactory. Pros: N K Venkatramana is a reputed brain surgeon who has performed over 25000 surgeries and won various awards. Hence, we went with this hospital. He has good team of surgeons supporting him. Cons: 1. Hospital facilities : Hospital does not have MRI scanning internally. They use external center MRI scanning( Celera). This is very risky in any brain surgery since precious time could be lost taking the patient for external center scanning in critical condition. Also, if there are surgery complications there is no other experts such as pulmonologists or cardiologist to provide critical advice. 2. Hospital staff: The hospital cleaning and support staff do not seem to have any patient management experience such as changing diapers, patient support. 3. Risks not explained. The surgeon team including Venkataramana did not explain the risks involved in the complicated brain surgery before the surgery. In most brain surgery patient death is a possibility and hence patients family member need to be aware of the risks before going for the surgery. The surgeon team seem to be very confident before the surgery but did not even provide hint about the risk involved. Overall, Please think twice before going to this hospital for complicated brain surgeries such as Tumor removal since Hospital facilities at this time is not suited for complicated surgeries.

The hospital may have the name "super speciality" but they do not have a proper team . 1.They do not have a cardiologist and pulmonologist available to provide critical advice, when it is important for them to be present for any brain related treatment. 2. The hospital staff do not care for the patient, especially in the ICU when the patient is in critical condition. They do not give proper treatment at all. 3. They put fear in the patient and patients family by not giving proper answers. They do not tell about the risks after the surgery but ensure the patient is going to be "fine". 4. They are short staffed, especially at night There will be no doctor at night for emergency care. 5. They have one intention which is too make money out of every patient. 6. The cleaning staff don't have any experience in keeping the ward rooms clean and ask for payment to do their work, their is no hygiene in the hospital. 7. The doctors are rude and would not listen to our pleas when asked about my mother's condition - they would not tell her proper condition and would not listen to our troubled doubts and questions. 8. This hospital does not have any proper facilities, they don't have an indoor MRI! They don't have a backup generator in the hospital and when the power goes the hospital becomes completely dark! This can cause a huge issue with patients in ICU I recommend all of you to not go to this hospital because they will send you or your loved one back in a box. Please go to a hospital that has a proper team with a cardiologist and pulmonologist and trained staff. This place is not a hospital but a cemetery. They give anaesthesia for a prolonged period of time which will affect the patients health . Venkat Ramanna doesn't perform these surgeries!!! He comes in late to guide the others but he himself doesn't perform them. Dr Anmol and Neeranjana both perform the surgeries along with Jaidev and these people are inexperienced. There are other hospitals which give actual and genuine treatment land have proper and trained team like - Sparsh , Vikram and Apollo. Please do not go to this horrible hospital at any cost , we made a huge mistake in taking my mother and lost her after 11 days in the ICU after they performed a surgery on her to remove a cyst like tumour. They told us there would be no serious complications but they lied to us.

Wait time is too long though there are no patients even sick ppl have to wait,the doctor musst be clear either its a ot day or opd day unnecessarily juggling between both is making us not want to visit the hospital
