They seem to appear as a group of unorganized, unprofessional scammers. The staff behaviour is very rude, as other comments reflect. Its the easiest thing to fix. It doesn't cost any money to behave politely with patients, especially at a health business. My lower abdomen USG was done without post void bladder volume check as they were in a hurry. Had to redo it elsewhere. Please don't waste your hard earned money and time visiting here. Check out some authentic, highly rated centers. You would waste money, time and may get incorrect/incomplete reports.

Execution was good by Reception on handling a Senior Citizen Patient, taking care of them while I was out! Never felt I wasn't with the patient when she was in the Diagnostic Centre..

Majority of the staffs are half educated and even the technicians too. There is no clear answer to simple questions. Customer service is almost NIL. Other testings centres in the vicinity are hoped to be better at least in terms of service. 2nd Reveiw : Received a quick call from someone posing as a Director of the concern. However, could not check the authenticity and did not pursue the communication for long since it was purely intended to show more arrogance, attitude and high handednes. The revert on the review from them shows their cheapness and fact twisting ability.

Facilities are good, but the inner surface of the rooms are very dusty as Patient party has to remove their shoes outerside of the premises, but office staff are allowed to wear shoes in this premises. therefore other people like patient and their family members has to face this kind of dust. Office staffs are seamlessly roaming wearing shoes in one room to other room also. Everyone should have expected a clean dustfree center. administrations should have look into this.

The ambulance service at this centre is very bad.It came 1 hour later after booking.The driver's behaviour was very very bad with the patient party.He charged Rs.1500 for going from Howrah Maidan to Narayana Superspeciality Hospital near Shibpur and also charged Rs 100 extra.Worst experience.

There staff are so careless i booked an appointment today even i ask them before out from house they just say come and when I came they said doctor already gone and they didn't even know that so much careless attitude and worst behaviour. They didn't even know that who pick up the phone. So careless peoples in so important and emergency profession
