I had stayed here on a 2 day camp and spent the time in a basic manner without things like AC, TV etc. Food was very light and tasty. We got lectures on several way of life topics for ideal living. The morning pranayama & yoga activities under supervision of experts were very good. Highly recommended if you may spare couple of your busy life days away from ur family for your good. Same you may teach to others after learning. They did not charge any fee. You may donate or buy books as per your choice. Books are nice and low cost.
