My stay at the hotel was not good. The place wasn't clean at all, and the people at the front desk were not nice. It wasn't worth the money I paid because the service and facilities were not good. Also, the phone in my room didn't work, which made things even more frustrating. I wouldn't suggest this hotel because of my bad experience.

This is very very ordinary hotel.Rooms are very unpleasant and totally absence of cleanliness.Lot of water leakage can be easily spotted as colour peels out.And because this leakage there is presence of bad smell not only in rooms but throughout the hotel. Telephone unit is not cleaned in many months. Pillow covers and cushions of chairs are not cleaned in many months.Bathroom looks very shabby. Walls of bathroom are not cleaned. No holder for health faucete. Balcony is very very dirty ; may not be cleaned in the 12 months or so.

This is a third class hotel. Dharmshalas are better. The owners are worse. They alloted us a room with bathroom door that wouldnt close and they knew that the door has a problem. The glasses, chairs and curtains in room were very dirty. How could they run a hotel like this. Dirty and third grade place. Sleep on a railway station bench if you have to, but do not go here.

Rooms are quite Good Service also Good. The Receptionist help us to Check in Early so we can get ready and take darshan of Mahakal Early. We had great experience to stay here.

Actually Zero star option should be there, washroom had some leakage issue n they didn't sort out or even cleaned. No basic things avl like hand wash. No value for money.

Not so good in this price. The worst thing I experienced is Bathrooms. Very congested and not cleaned. They stink all the time and even like that it will spoil your entire vacation. Hotel staff is also helpless to remove this. No fresheners available for bathrooms. No exhaust. That one thing make your stay ruined completely. If you hire this it will be a compromise.

Best place to stay if ur a solo female traveller or travelling with family. The location is road touch with easy access of autorickshaw. Police control room is exactly opposite providing 100% safety. Rooms are well spacious with AC and hot water facility 24*7. Restaurant food was awesome taste n quality.

Very Very poor maintenance of Room/ Washroom. it's gives the impression of ordinary Dharamshala. never book through travelling agency like MMT. it's totally worth less for more than @ 1000/- pd
