It's been 2.5 months since I have joined Beyond Yoga Fitness, and I guess it has been the best decision I have taken in my life. It's not a centre, it's a family. The place vibe is awesome .i have really seen results in my body and lost inches very quick in few days infact .The kind of yoga practices has been done are really great and promotes more of flexibility. The instructors are great and really puts in their all efforts to make our time and money worth it.
