Catherine the host is really great, helpful and patient, rooms are the most definitely a great bargain, yet compatible with most of the other guest houses in that area.

Nice quiet place, been there for 4 days. The place is very clean and maintained.

It was good experience... You can stay in this location if your are fond of south Goa.... Just some disadvantage is that, u have to far away for daily need products...and everything need for enjoyment in Goa.. Overall very calm place.. Walking distance beach... And the owner Katherine Mam is awesome

WARNING: the most insensitive hotel owner I've ever seen. "Do you want me to hold back your 500 for staying an hour extra?" -words from the owner verbatim. I reached at 5 in the morning and checked out at 10.45am. Paid 2000 for less than 6 hours and the owner felt totally comfortable to see me leaving without brushing my teeth. I said it would take less than 5 minutes, he still asked me to leave. It wasn't even like there were people waiting outside for the room. The other lady even told it is fine to stay till 11am, but this owner guy later comes and tells "she works for me, what she says doesn't matter". I've seen greedy people but he seems to be enjoy my misery. Their pillows had plastic covers, which hotel keeps the pillows still wrapped in covers. I'm glad I didn't extend my stay here.

Good for long stay exclusively for students who prefer to stay outside whole day and come back to room just to sleep and get fresh in the morning.

This place is located in Panjim near Miramar Beach. The owner of the property is very good in nature Super clean rooms great affordable price. Loved it....!

It is wrost hotel ever i visit. The owner is so bad in language. It cut ower advance for just stay 5 min more than check out time . So please don't come in this hotel , if u want to enjoy your goa trip
