I have been a part of TSF for many months and I have enjoyed every session there. Cross-fit and MMA group classes are so much fun. The trainers are very motivating, they will make you feel comfortable and are happy to answer any questions you may have during the workout. Not only is the quality of workout great but it's also nice way to meet new people. I highly recommend joining TSF!

If you want power packed workout session with empowering coaching and thorough directions, the TSF team is what one should seek. They provide group classes as well as Personal Training , where sir customizes workouts for one's requirements and provide support and guidance. For me personally the Personal training experience has been very rewarding . Suresh sir is teaching me self defense techniques , different fighting styles and mainly keeping it fun and effective. Sir and his team are focused on keeping their clients functionally fit in realistic ways with safety and encouragement.

TSF pushes you to deeper limits and teaches your body to endure and grow stronger. I joined to learn how to fight for self defence and ended up getting a leaner and more defined body as well through the well-planned weekly routines.

The workout is different everyday. Minimal chance to get bored or stuck in a rut. The workouts generally hit strength and cardio everyday . These workouts force us to address our stamina as well. Thanks to Suresh , Adnaan and other team members.

If you are looking for a fitness studio that is serious about the way they deal with their members then Team Suresh Fitness is the place to go in Goa. This taekwondo based MMA center gets you soaked in sweat within minutes. They have gymnastics for kids too. Great place and humble set of folks running this dojo. Wish I could have joined sooner!!
