I had a great stay here. The accommodation and food was great for the price I paid, this was a great central location to all amenities. I would really recommend staying here. I returned to this Homestay for a second time after travelling back to Chandigarh. My experience was as delightful as the first.

It was a pleasant experience being here, the room, hospitality gave a homely vibe, would love to visit again :)

Had a very home-like stay here. In-house food was also really good.

I came to Chandigarh for training so I need one PG for stay. Somebody suggest me about this particular PG my experience regarding best interactive homestay is excellent and i would like anyone who needs PG room can come here and stay once.

Great location; warm and friendly hosts - they stored our luggage for the day after we checked out and give free breakfast , coffee or tea in the morning

Not a good experience, but for one night it was manageable. It's all true about the covid rules and payment as reviews written by other travellers. First, I respect covid regulations he is following, but he should not make a customer wait 1 hour on staircase for checking in, giving covid excuses. Second, you can accept payment while checking out, not necessary customer should pay you 30 rs before purchasing your drinking water (nobody runs away without paying you and you have already took security deposit, doesn't make sense). Third, what was that breakfast? Corn flakes in a coffee cup without milk? How do you think corn flakes is eaten? With coffee? Even the worst of worst hotels provides a proper breakfast when asked. I was mislead by the name Best Interactive Homestay, it's not even matches 1% . Homestay is whole different idea than hotels, please do research. Or visit one and experience. I don't wish anyone to go down in business, but you should understand that I am not only with bad experience and I think it's time to change and improve things around there. Good luck. Reply: 1) No one does business for earning peanuts. 2) Complimentary breakfast doesn't means HALF breakfast. 3) The payment I made was not worth the stay. 4) And stop telling ppl to go to Taj* ( bad for business)*troll 5)I don't understand, you said hoping to serve you again, and you also said not welcome here. (Are you trolling like me or decide one) 6)Before me agreeing to pay at the 'homestay', I didnt know I have to stand for more than 30-40 minutes just so you can take my payment and arrange bed, I thought you have some seating arrangement. So your argument doesn't make sense 7) Stop writing mean replies to your customers, there are so many bad reviews. What are you not understanding? 8)I have stayed in 100rs per day dorm in Goa, customer service and people behaviour are way better than you. (I have also stayed in 20k per night in 4 seasons, trust me I know the difference) 9) I thought you are surviving covid times. But you are just arrogant person. It's okay. It just shows your childhood upbringing. Another suggestion though, with improving your Homestay, improve your attitude and personality also. Owner is a COVID FREAK. You will be asked to keep your shoes in soap water before entering. If you touch literally anything apart from your room, the owner will be looking at you via cameras. There is a security deposit system, which I feel is unnecessary. Even if you buy a water bottle, you will have to pay for it immediately via UPI(no cash). Owner refused to take money for water at checkout. In my 12 hours of stay there I had to do 3 transactions for rent, security, water. Then 1 reverse transaction for security return. What nonsense. Common washroom. It's clean. Ok ok room

It's is been two years.....I was student at that time ...mow working as Govt engineer in Indian Railways ... i opened his review account and saw many more such experiences ...... ..he is most childish owner I have seen. He is rude. He is cunning. Dishonest .(took my 2500 as security deposit and never returned back) Lier as u can see in comments that he is writing and replying to genuine reviews as from competitors. Trust me never books this stay . Please stay away.
