The reception/front desk team at Bansal Medical services ,Howrah (Dobson road ) seems to be language specific (Bengali ) and will respond only in local language.So if u want to visit the centre ( which currently serves as a COVID vaccine centre in Kolkata ) ,do learn Bengali or else face the pathetic support due to Bengali language illiteracy.Evej though u talk in Hindi or English,they will reply back in Local language only with attitude. Less preferred for outer-state ( non- West Bengal residents) and non-Bengali speaking patients .

the staff is very careless.both of the staff members had absolutely no etiquette of talking and were busy on their phones watching videos all the time. there is no proper system or any process to let the patient meet tye doctor, tye old patients who have have been visiting the doctor for a while were sent in first irrespective of who came in first or who required medical attention first.

Poor Service!! My Doctor asked me to do physical report from somewhere else but my family trust Bansal Medical by heart. They asked for full payment so the report will be delivered at earlist on the same day via message in evening time, "said by staff". I took the doctor appointment accordingly but i didn't received any messages in the evening, so i had to cancel my doctor's appointment. People pay for timely services not for meaningless excuses. I had to go walk in another day to collect my report and at the same time i received a message of my blood test report on my phone which is of no use. However, now i really doubt on the report, so i went the nearest other medical where the test is done.

One of the oldest polyclinic cum diagnostic center near A.C. market on Dobson Road. Test reports are supervised by Qualified Technicians and authorised by Doctors.

Very dirty area.. It's of 1st floor and no lift. This people charges 150+ if they provide some facility to reach on first floor. I would not recommend any one to go there. There are many labs and polyclinics around hence avoid visiting this place.

Bansal nursing home is good provide of facility to patient 's And Drs teams are good treatment And Senior Dr. As well as good experience

Wrost services They says that we have to make appointment at 8 am But when I am calling it's continuesly busy Trying to call them since 30 minutes And when they picked the call , they says the slot is full And they don't even speak properly Such unmannered people Shame on that I have fractured shoulder and I wanted to book appointment for dr chajjer but they didn't picked the call neither booked the appointment
