The management is totally poor and specially the female security ( near female trial room) behaviour is intolerable. Also the management is forcefully trying customer to buy some products which are already being stained. It's a disgusting attitude who so ever there to handle a customer facing role. Utter failure management. I literally threw the cloth after buying it for 345 to the security. Please remove such unethical idiotic staff.
Pathetic experience two of my daughter faced. 4 male staff chased them for a top which was already stained. Just for 345 rupees they harassed them. Staffs were making phone calls in between them just to make my daughters buy this top forcefully. Bazar kolkata being a big domestic company how can you retain such unethical staff into your store which is actually in the center of Howrah. The security lady outside the female trial room is disgusting. Throw them out and respect your customers. Give them proper ethical trainings too.
First thing first .. Kolkata bazar is really amazing..I visited here last Sunday with my friend , actually he wanted to buy a shirt for summer ..but unfortunately the size which we are looking for, they didn't have so we just came back empty hand
