Leaving in one of there projects in Dighi Pune. Aurum Vrundavan society. Very bad construction quality. In 3-4 years leakage issue in flats and common area. Repeated follow up but no service provided to resolve, after sales service is pathetic as there construction. Do not put your hard earned money in these projects.

BU Bhandari Landmark Shivajinagar pune cheating people by keeping incomplete work as well passing time year by year. They are fraud as well hopeless and make loot of hardwork people money to servive their routine life.Due to their pending tax 7/12 r not getting updated. Think a lot while takeing any service from such landmark.Once they receive full money they block your contact no.

They are no. 1 cheats. I had made some fixed deposits with them and since last 2.5 years they are neither paying interests nor refunding capital.

I visited belleza na plots site in talegaon offered by B.U.Bhandari Landmarks on insistence of my sister, what a great site location, exclusively scrumptious hill view, weather and chilly breeze. The entire project location is scenic and wrapped all around hills, non polluted zone in natures Eden.

I worked there. They even not pay salary on time. Also very very rude behaviour. They Didn't even capable for 1 star.

Because I stay here from 2011 since the day occupied my flat I saw every where leakages in society Builder handed over society without 100% completion of work, not a single day swimming pool work, common area such as roads etc are in very bad condition construction quality is very poor specially in plumbing I suggest Builder to look after these problems.

Visited place with friends. The plots were sold out. Good location near kanhe phata
