Never want to visit this Hospital again and not recommend anyone, Not Satisfied with the service of the Hospital, The Management needs to look in to this... The Receptionist and The staff responce was so pathetic, The Receptionist was so casual in their approach and not even bothered to give the patient token and not even asking why the patient is waiting for and whome to consult , my 3 hrs of time wasted in wating just for 5 min of OPD Dr Consultation...

I really got a good treatment from this hospital.. Especially thanks to DR. Venkatesh for identify my problems and helping me. I really appreciate your effort and caring towards the patients. The staffs are very concerned and helpful towards each and every patients.. Overall am super satisfied with this hospital

Very good experience. Interaction with doctor was good. Didn't have to wait for long. Medication was provided quickly. Hospital is small but staff was helpful.

I paid for consultancy on 3rd Aug and then i went on to hospital on 5th with my report, then again they charged me on 5th, i paid without any objection not knowing that they shouldn't be charging us on report showing. On 6th, i again went for report showing and they have charged us again, when i refused to pay then only the receptionist didn't charge us, i asked my money back that i double pay on 5th, but she refused to pay, her behavior was rude and pathetic towards us in that particular situation. They only record the patient details but not the reg no. of each prescription, which made it more ambiguous. I felt cheated as they charged me twice under the same prescription.

Very nice hospital, really friendly doctors and nurses. Highly affordable and very good treatment. Affordable price for all treatments.

It's a excellent place very very friendly hospital doctors and nurses. The treatment is very good level and it is very friendly for poor middle class people. I would definitely recommend everybody to visit the hospital in mead in Amruthahalli and surroundings.

Our help had gone here. I wish she had been treated better in terms of being told what the issue was. We had raised a severe complaint by writing a one star review here on Google. However, I'm glad that the doctor who handles the management called us back and clarified. They have assured us that they shall improve customer communication going forth. Thankfully their diagnosis was correct as was the prescribed medication. We have therefore revised this review and given them four stars for being open to communication and improving services.
