Worst service centre. Mr. Dutta a very kamchor employee. I visited there for mobile service. First he said it will get repaired this and that has to be replaced. I agreed on this. Later on when I said it's insured he clearly denied and said if you pay it will get repaired else not and you have to take this to another service centre. So once you buy phone you have to roam for service from one service centre to another. Then why have you opened soo many service centers around the globe??? And what is the point of opening multiple service centers if you are not able to provide service?? Is it just to sit in AC rooms and wasting Samsung's resources ????

Once I visited this service centre. Service take to long to solve. Staffs was ok in behaviour. But I face one prb that most of the time they don't have sufficient parts. They taking order then parts come they they give the solution.. otherwise ok..

The worst samsung care I have ever seen . If there would have minus stars that would I have been given. Technicians of this service center are not skilled. I have given them to repair my phone they have charged very high price and that phone didn't last for 1 month properly. After that I went to service center in howrah they have really skilled technician , within 1 hr they have given the phone and it still working since last 3 month. I am writing this after 3 month because my phone was under warranty after repair for 90 days. Today it's over, and my phone still working. So I will suggest you go to other service center...

Horrible.. Here they go for first service to those whom they know personally.... The ate up my precious one and a half hour before they finally said my tab may be or maynot be repaired at the cost of 8000 rupees..

bit slow and delayed process. but wont blame all to them due to parts unavailibility. best in class service though and every request was well taken care of. Kudos!!

Most third class service centre....very very high service charges and also staff behaviour is very bad.

They are cheater. New high quality mobile was given to them for warranty service. But they fitted a damaged motherboard to claim an amount beyond repair. Further they have no delivery timing. Hence I took back the mobile with damaged mother board inside it.

The number does not exist, even the service center try to fool ppl. I have an under warranty mobile device for which they are saying that they will charge for mother board which is an Internal phn issue. Reporting the service center to Samsung Care for their pathetic service.
