ATOMY is trusted by many but unfortunately as per my experience i felt it's overrated. I ordered some items its 20 days but no response nor update. I call the customer support it took me 45 mins to speak to the executive just to enquire about my order. 45 mins is definitely not a joke, its a lot of time being wasted. If they have alot of customers, adding staff should definitely be done since we are buying their products which are not very cheap for a common middle end consumer. I hope their support system can improve. All the best!
