Ather Space - Electric Scooter Experience Center - Motor scooter dealer in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Ather Space, the Electric Scooter Experience Center located at 34-B, Mehrauli Rd, Industrial Development Area, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana 122007, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the establishment, everything seemed to go wrong. Firstly, the customer service was absolutely appalling. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, making it clear that they had no intention of assisting customers with their queries or concerns. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to be there. Their lack of professionalism and indifference towards customers' needs was evident and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Secondly, the condition of the scooters on display was far from satisfactory. Many of them were visibly damaged and poorly maintained, which is completely unacceptable for an experience center that claims to showcase the best electric scooters. It was disheartening to see such neglect towards the products they were supposed to be promoting. Moreover, the overall ambiance of Ather Space was subpar. The facility was unkempt and lacked cleanliness. It felt like a run-down warehouse rather than an inviting space where customers could explore and learn about electric scooters. The lack of attention to detail was evident in every corner, further adding to my disappointment. To make matters worse, the pricing and deals offered at Ather Space were exorbitant. The inflated prices made it evident that the establishment was trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who were genuinely interested in purchasing their products. This blatant attempt at ripping off customers only further tarnished the already dismal experience. Overall, I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to Ather Space to think twice. The combination of poor customer service, damaged scooters, shoddy facilities, and overpriced products makes it clear that this place does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by exploring other options in the market. Ather Space is simply not worth it. Managers in this branch are very helpful! They listen every thing about product! Pro and cons ! And give you proper solutions.

Brought ather from another showroom. But reached their for some information and they provided it wrong my time and everything was wanted related to that information. Plus as they claim before you purchase ather that the belt don't break they do break and after u purchase them they will be like the belt do break and u have to change it in few kilometres. Get all the things in written if possible!!!!

Fraud peoples booked Ather 450x with pro pack on 21st April but due to some reason i have to cancel it. And asked their team for refund it has been 3 months now i haven't get any refund. Even they are not pick my call.

Not happy with the experience... After purchasing 1.7l scooter you get a Non ather helmet ... Cherry on top they dont even provide keychains to the new vehicle Only pro was the service was quick only took 6 to 7 hours after payment to get the dilivery But the delivery experience was very average... I have received better dilivery with my montra bicycle As they are the only authorised seller in gurugram its unavoidable pain you have to suffer

Ather Space Gurgaon is not managed at all. No action is taken on requests and they do not stand to commitments. Booked 450x on 27th March and took delivery one week later. However, Ather Space Gurgaon could not manage to provide Helmet, Silver coin (Navratra offer) and complete invoice till today 18th April. Moreover, they have not even applied for my state subsidy while documents were handed on 31st March 2023. Product is good but service commitments are disappointments. I have made multiple visits for small things like helmet. They had promissed to deliver helmet at home but no one turned up. One month and 8 days passed by till today not even the Brand Director at Ather has responded on my open query like free helmet, Payment receipt, invoices and Navratri offer of Silver coin. Poor service at high cost

Disoriented Staff, Careless Approach, Don't buy your Ather from here. Although the service staff is really really great.

It is closed but still on maps showing as open. Wasted my 1 hr reaching there and finding it closed.
