First of all it's very lengthy review because it is combination of OP and IP. I am consulting with Dr.Vishnu Priya for my wife starting from week 12 pregnancy, the doctor is very very friendly and she will listen to all our concerns patiently then she will address all our queries one by one and she will never hesitate for any question even though it is very simple so we are very happy with Dr. Vishnu Priya and with Dr. Kafi Bora (Scanning) All the receptionists and supporting staff (Priyanka, Pinky, Mrunalini and I missed some other names to ask) are very friendly and the hospital maintenance is very good with valet parking. If you are planning for delivery here they are having delivery packages also based on your insurance provider, if you avail delivery package and pay some pre booking amount then you will get some free scans and consultation* *T&C apply. Note: If you are going for consultation on the weekend please book an appointment otherwise you have to wait a long time and please prebook an appointment for any Scan. **************************************** IPD experience - We were admitted early in the morning at 6AM and the staff members took care of everything and the IP billing team was also very responsive and they have submitted all claim requests within 5 hours of admission and over all admission process is hassle free, thanks to the IP billing team. Cafeteria service also very good they were timely delivered the food as per Dietician check list thank to all of them. I would say special thanks to all the below staff members specially to my doctor Gynecologist: Dr. Vishnu Priya ( We will never forget you mam in our life) Nurses. I came here for the first time to Dr Kavitha kovi for my first pregnancy check ups and consultation. I delivered my baby girl through normal delivery. Kavitha ma'am is very supportive, she guided me very well through out 9 months. Kavitha mam was available on phone and whenever I had a doubt she was quick to respond. She is very encouraging and doesn't give any unnecessary pressure.No doubt she is the best gyneac. Also hospital staff Mrinalini ma'am was attentive and every time I needed some support she was always very quick to extend that. She always greeted with a warm smile and made me feel safe. The hospital has all the advaced facilities, a decent canteen is there on the top floor. The Cleanliness is also great in the hospital. I must say that Dr Swathi, who was on duty when I got the labour pain did an amazing job by providing me emotional and physical support. She calmed me down by talking and letting me what labour stages I am entering. This helped a lot in making up my mind accordingly. On the improvement front I was not expecting hospital to ask me Rs 500 for the birth certificate. I mean after spending so much the hospital can atleast give the child birth certificate. Also I am not satisfied with neotanologist and pediatrician. The way they respond to the queries are just vague.

Thank you ASTER for making the process of pregnancy a smooth journey. Special thanks and gratitude to Dr Kavith Kovi mam, without her this experience would've not been the same. Her guidance helped my sister to give birth naturally. The supporting staff and nursing team were very professional and caring. The car decoration at the end was a cherry on top. Thank you ASTER

The doctors treat the patients and save their lives, but the nurses care for the patients and keep them alive. Excellent hospital with staff showing genuine care for the patients. My wife was admitted as she had been infected with dengue, and just yesterday she got discharged. Both the general physicians, Dr. Basavaraj and Dr. Suchismita were extremely kind, patient and experienced, and steered my wife to a successful recovery. The rooms are reminiscent of hotel rooms, and are spic and span. Nursing support is brilliant and care is provided all around the clock. Handover between nurses working different shifts is seamless and there was no break in the medication routine prescribed. I want to give a huge shoutout to the following people for their steadfast support and care: Soma and her team at the Nursing station, Dabi, Harsha, Bheemanna, Ishika, Suresh, Arun and his team at the cafetaria, Anitha and Naveen at the blood collection centre and Basavaraj at the IP Billing for all their help and empathy. Here are some photos. The only complaint that I have is the ground floor and the cafetaria area can be better maintained as I saw a fair number of mosquitoes during this season there. And the cafetaria can include more non-Indian food as many patients, when recovering from certain diseases, can feel nauseous at the aroma of Indian food. That's all, but it was a lovely experience. It was my first trip to the hospital, and trying to understand the whole insurance process etc, but the hospital TPA desk made it seamless.

Been at hospital for surgery and had to stay for few days at 204. Starting with Dr Kavitha Kovi for consultation to OT doctors and nurses have been very positive and supportive. The room was fantastic, the bed, toilets, cleanliness, housekeeping team were superb. The nurses to take care of patients at room were very helpful and considerate. Few names are Susan, Sona and others whose name we couldn't recollect for great patient care. Changing of linen, mopping and removing wastes were done promptly. The cafeteria food was healthy and pocket friendly. The staff were neat and courteous and accomodative to needs.

We planned our first baby and blessed with a Baby Girl on 9th July,2023 under the guidance of Dr Kavitha Kovi. My heartfelt gratitude to Kavitha Mam for sailing us through this journey with her charismatic personality. Now this journey also gave us the opportunity to meet a fantastic team who were always on their prime to provide the best experience..... Hospital is good, so are the doctors. But the nurses at the emergency are the most inhuman I've seen. I recently visited this hospital twice for the routine blood tests for my 16 month old daughter who was suffering from high fever. First time, we were there in late evening and senior nurse collected the blood without any hassle. Second time, we were there in the afternoon and was asked to wait for some 5 - 10 mins by the nurses sitting in Emergency Room. These nurses are most inhuman I've seen. They asked us to bring the kid and asked my wife to stay outside for a minute. "Rules" by the hospital says no attender is allowed!! Come on, kid is <1.5 yr and can't be handled by some strangers. These idiotic nurses pushed my wife outside and locked the door. After bringing this up with those sitting at front desk, they allowed my wife to go inside. By then the nurses had scared my daughter by bringing bright lights in front of her and she was screaming & was having difficulty in breathing. Once my wife went inside & calmed her down, they were able to collect the sample. This happened when kid was having fever around 102 !!! The next big thing is some senior male nurse came along with manager. Manager was courteous enough to listen. Meanwhile this guy, Rajsekar, was giving all excuses and wasn't even listening. Such idiotic people bring the value down. And the nurses sitting in ER - hope you find similar thing in your life sooner or later.
