Recently my Mother in law was operated in the Hospital. I am really happy with the hospitality and people are supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Prabhakar (Surgeon ) Dr. Abhijit (Gastro) Sulochana Shilpa and Amravati (Housekeeping). I am fully satisfied with the consultation and service.
Well trained, friendly, warm and caring staff. Excellent care of patient with regular visits, timely medication, checkups etc Dr. Naveen Chandra had been a great doctor and human being. Thankful for great support during our medical crisis.
Hospitals provide efficient diagnostic services, with doctors swiftly identifying patients' issues. However, there seems to be a staffing issue, in morning i requested for a help at 6:30 am, it took 50 minutes for a response. Maintenance problems include inadequate AC and uncovered windows, as shown in the attached picture. Kudos to cleaning staff Slipa, Renuka, and Amarvathi in room 212, block A on the second floor for their excellent work. Shiva Kumar from supporting services is notably helpful. Overall, the process is excessively slow in various aspects.

There is still confusion between the hospital administration and various sections causing uncecessary waiting time for the patients. Reports were not sent on time nor was proper guidance given. Easier to reach the hospital with amble parking. But the experience with the hospital was very bad for me. This is based on 2 visits I had with the hospital.

Really nice hospital with good doctors and staff. Recently my kid undergone Coblation adeno-tonsillectomy & Left myringotomy n grommet insertion surgery under Dr. Jyotirmay S Hegde. The doctor is really good and very professional. I really recommend this doctor for any ENT related problems. The main advantage is you can message them for any queries after the surgery. The assistant doctor Soubarnika also very kind to explain the do's and don't after the surgery.There was 1 nursing staff name Pema (A block 2nd floor) she was really caring and accessible at any time and also really good to handle kids.
Doctor (Mr. Prabhakar B), Support Services house keeping staff (shusma, Shanti )and all nurse (Washima Khatun, Mamta), OT Boy (Sanjit) are very excellent. Depertment Manager (Ms. Soma )are very friendly and caring. Over all Really very Nice hospital. Full Satisfied.
