Horrible experience. Had called over the phone in regards to the timings for a PCOD test and was told that they'd be open from 7 in the morning till the evening. However, when arrived they switched up and said that particular test which I had enquired can only be conducted at 9:30 which is clearly not what they said on the phone call. I Highly discourage anyone from going here and wasting their time due to the poor communication and rude attitude of the people working there.

I had booked Blood test service at Home, its was Quick and Easy, very Professional Service, Quick Response and Reports given prior to time committed. Will recommend to Friends and Family !!

Things move soon here...things are systematic..however , whenever I've requested them for reports to be sent on WhatsApp...They almost never send it on their own without multiple reminders... you'll be lucky if you get it even after multiple calls.

Very poor service. FNAC test was done on 16.05.23. I failed to get hard copy of the test even after ten days, that toi after four visits to the clinic. Staff is not politepolite at all. Instead of searching the reports, they straightway tells you to come and collect the report some other time. Looks like no control over the staff. Not recommended when other providers are there at your service

Dr.Prasad Netravalkar is highly experienced Pathologist with sharp acumen in his domain area and has sense of understanding, Makes patient feel relaxed. Staff is good. Would definitely recommend.. BE AWARE....If u are traveling and are dependent on their assurances regarding your report on Covid, this is the LAST place to go. You will land in a soup cos their reports will NOT come in time and u will have to face whatever consequences that would arise due to non producing of the -ve report. On confrontation also, the attitude is also very callous and they are least bothered. This is my very HONEST AND UNBIASED opinion in public interest

Poor managment of Covid test results. They mixed up our reports and gave us incorrect results. Thankfully we managed to identify the issue. They need to have better control over their sample collection process.

Ashwini pathology Panjim near market. Is not geven good service. My father was get fiver I tuk there PCR check up 29th April. Today is 3rd May I will not get report, lab provide no. so many time i try this no, no budy pick-up phone. Sunday morning 8am I have to go to lab , report is not ready. Hospital without PCR not taking other chickup. What will do. How cene I referred to other people chick up to Ashwini lab. Never. 5 days we weat for pcr Report. I not to satisfy. my money also time also wastage.
