i have completed my 200 hrs YTTC from ashtanga yogkul rishikesh. it was amazing experience with me. The yoga school has natural & peaceful environment situated surrounding high mountains in world yoga capital rishikesh (India).
The satvic & yogic food (full of nutritions) was offered during YTTC.
i have learnt lot of new technique about asana adjustment, alignment, correction of the every posture. Our Guruji Dhirenra bhandari sir has taught us unique way of correction & adjustment. He has deepen knowledge about asana & adjustment as well importance of connecting asana with breathing etc.
Sandeep teacher has taught us breathing / pranayam with scientific manner and cleansing process ( shhat kriya) with their relevant benefits.
Yogi puneet sir taught us about the teaching methodology of the asana.
Dr. manoj sir took yoga philosophy session has also deepen knowledge

Because of the love of yoga, we met in this place . The school is in the village, very quiet ,we woke up with the bird sound in the early morning ,slept in the quite smooth dark night. The vegetarian food is very good. they Change the menu very often .
And People here are very friendly. They work in the school and practice yoga with us every morning .

J'ai decouvert Ashtanga Yogkul Rishikesh a travers Puneet qui enseigne regulierement en Chine, la ou je vis actuellement comme expatriee. Cette ecole est un veritable havre de paix. Les professeurs sont stricts et rigoureux dans leur enseignement mais a la fois bienveillants.
