Recently I have been operated for my Right Eye Surgery which was performed by well known and expert Dr. Sean S. Da Silva and the surgery was done successfully. Hospital is good but it takes minimum 2 to 3 hours for the consultation to complete. So go to ASG only if you have that kind of free time and patience. Sharing this review after 3rd visit to hospital and time taken was same every single time although the prior appointment was there. As per reception, the appointments are given by central team without consulting the hospital.

Swanky place. Has a team of people walking around looking important and enough seating area. Which is a good thing because the wait to see the doctor from the point of entering to meeting him is one hour twenty minutes at least. So bring a book. Or visit only when you need surgery.

He is a dynamic personality, patient, helpful and always ready to answer any queries of his patients. The other staff members are also very helpful, cooperative and welcome you with a smile on their faces. The hospital is clean and well maintained .It has been recently given permission by the Health Authority of Goa to perform Corneal transplantation which will be a great blessing for the people of Goa. ASG Eye Hospital, Panjim has the latest advanced Technology. Recently I was operated for my Right Eye cataract surgery and my husband also got operated for both his eyes in 2022/2023 by Dr. Sean Da Silva. We were very happy with The excellent treatment at ASG. The rude, arrogant SAVITRI This is regarding the staff, especially the girl working there named Savitri. She was so rude to my parents and me, and treated me just like am sort dirt in the Hospital. All we asked her was when was our turn, after we noticed 2 patients who had come after us get their turn before us, and she replied in such a rude manner that there were still other patients before us, i asked just once and further asked how many more patients, to which she replied i don't know i will check and she never did, she asked my name 4 to 5 times when i tried to ask. How many times did i have to repeat my name. She did not stop ther, when with the doctor, again she asked as if she didn't already know. No tone, no empathy, we travelled 70 kms all the way to get this attitude from the staff? She walked off from the room for the entire time after i gave my name again and she was supposed to be there. I have been to this Hospital so many times and i never got this attitude. UPDATE: Satish from ASG called me to get my feedback, i am happy with the converstion and will be changing my review after my next visit.
