x Gross negligence by management, single solar panel costs around 30k (per 330W), and its left to degrade invwater for weeks in terrace New Phase (Phase 3 - Zenith) recently built after Phase 1 & 2 Phase 1 & 3 has parking space, but Phase 2 doesn't has any parking
Well secured office spaces. A hotel, metro place is available in the ground floor. 2 star stay options also available. An attached multi level car park facility.
I worked in an Investment Banking firm here. This building does not have a common cafeteria unlike the other two buildings ..But a dedicated "bike" parking lot is cool..Dont have that in my apartment.
Many wouldn't know that there is a hotel in Ascendas phase 3 i.e. Asiana Palace. Offices in phase 3 are well equipped. But rest rooms are quite pathetic. Most of the time water doesn't come properly and are uncleaned. So it's your luck at that time.
The IT park is good and infrastructure is great. Cafeteria are of good standard. Work environment is nice.
