Worst salesmanship. The salesman had a very long face. He didn't smile or keep his face pleasant. He had an attitude and replyed very arrogantly. He literally kept arguing the entire time. I would rate 0 for the customer care service and recommend them to train and educate their staff with some basic skills in customer service.

Never ever step in here for buying Arrow shirts has to seriously change that person because of the salesman attitude and behaviour someone would surely whack him.
The salesman is not providing the bill. Gives lame reasons like the printer is not working. He says he will forward in WhatsApp, but he didn't I did buy 6 clothes with buy 3 get 3 offer and given for alterations. I didn't get any calls from them for 2 weeks. I wasn't able to contact the store as he didn't provide the bill.
