Disappointing! It's like you're paying a big amount for the disappointment. No professionalism at all! Photography these days is easy for these guys, you book a client, take the payment, book the same boys which work for multiple other businesses, same with editors. That means you may need to wait 6 7 months for your wedding data. What makes the service best is the customer service which this business fails to provide. I had my pre wedding done in December, wedding done in January and my data was given to me in June that too is not in the requested and agreed format. I initially asked the owner to provide me an email so I can do the written communications, but was told they don't have one and then later the excuses were, we didn't agreed on the conditions I've written in front of him in his shop and we even have Whatsapp chats done for the same. His excuse was we don't do this and that for anyone. We booked this team from both the groom and bride side, and there were only 1 photographer and 1 videographer left after 1 AM in the night wedding, advising they doesn't shoot much at Pheras time and they do the same for everyone, they left without telling me, No family shoots were done. And the excuse was this is how it works, whereas it wasn't mentioned to us at any stage that they will leave at 1. I have given them the list for corrections, most of the corrections are skipped and the easy work has been done. Pictures which are used for album are the only edited pictures and the soft copies aren't. Like in today's world, who post the pictures online from the album? Once, we booked the work and provided advance, we were always told either at visiting their office or calling them, that he's busy with other clients, dude? who are we? aren't we the clients as well, we are not asking for free work. I would've given the negative rating if I could! If I could give negative rating, I would've done that.
