full fraud and cheating website DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. i orderd 2 item from them 10L substrate recived 7.5 L packet. 2nd api leafzone 473ml ( which i never received) they do not pickup call and neither reply going to file police complaint and consumer court case for IPC 420. Have all the evidence.

They have the audacity to change the ORDER according to their own wish, I ordered for "GENE ELEVEN Koi ProDiet | 1kg" which is the staple diet for my fish and They sends me "OCEAN FREE - Wheat Germ Growth, Large Pellet | 1Kg" ... What the.. I didn't order for it. This is nonsense. See the pic attached, doesn't look any thing like "GENE ELEVEN Koi ProDiet | 1kg". SUPER DISAPPOINTED.
This was my first purchase from AI, I ordered medicines. From placing order to receiving the items everything was hassle-free and smooth. They have a huge stock of aquarium related items like accessories & medication. The shipping was also quite impressive - they padded the items with bubble wrap on all sides. Few items which could be suspected of leaking in-transit, they had individually bubble-wrapped it as well. There was not a single reason to reach-out to them & sort-something out, which is what I call exceptional. All medicines which I received from them were latest stock with long shelf-life which ensures I can utilize the whole thing before it expires. Overall was a splendid experience. Would definitely buy again from them and recommend others as well to try their awesome service.
I placed the order on Aug 14 and made payment . Order Id 3268. I didn't any information after that . I called their number multiple times . It is not reachable . I have seen multiple complaints on mouthshut . I lost rs . 1500 , don't lose your money . If you still want to buy use cash on delivery .

Do not buy from their website .Terrible customer service and no follow up on the order,I bought ohko stone and specifed that i want them of a certain size and still they wrongly delivered the product.Shows the inexperience of the seller that can't complete such a simple order.And when you call them the ower screams at you instead .The people running this place are morons.If i were you I would stay away from such websites.better buy from websites that can give you customer service or offer you returns on the products.
