05th Aug 2019, around 7pm I bought 2 Milky Carp from this store (Owner Arjun) & it took me to return home approximately 10mint from the store. Before putting them in the tank both the Milky Carp died. After that I called him first he answered but after knowing the situation he stopped answering my calls even massages. He also blocked my number. Market fish is better than his imported fish.. He sell local bad quality fishes saying those are imported. His customer service also very poor, if anything happens after buying things from his shop he Didn't even listen to customer also ignore their problems. If anyone wants to buy anything from this shop please think carefully. Buying things from this shop will cause you loss. Watch the condition of the fish..
My all fish died, hope he didn't sell any more such ill fish to others, to write the comments i need to give 1 star other wise he deserve 0 Star.
The worst after sale service ever. Bought a product went home and tested didn't worked called immediately he denied to get it repaired or replaced very bad service. He lied that he checked the air pump. Initially he told the pump cost 400 but when we said other shops are offering at 250 he started saying bad thing's about other shops and at last said he can also offer the same so we bought it very bad experience never buy from this shop.

Bought a 5w double pump from the shop. Just the next day when i started the pump, one side was not working. Asked them to get an exchange but they denied saying they checked before selling(we never saw when he checked). They simply provide the WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE in the town. Even the prices are way higher. Buying the double pump was just a waste. Please check other stores before buying anything from them.
