The kindest shop owner, workers and doctors. They always do their best for my sick pets, they're reliable and friendly. Plus they are kind enough to give discounts. received a gift hamper too

Didn't even bother to greet customer. I went to ask about indian spitz very reluctantly talked and gave a price that too was unacceptable. Nearby Agartala dog world is better no room to even stand but behaviour and genuinity

This place is very good .The owner is very polite while other pet shop owners are very rude he provided good quality of pets in reasonable price .my sister bought a good quality of lab. Nice store I suggest every one to visit.can you give male female guppies.pleace message price I need for breeding

Not so supportive after sale. Ignorance from their end. Casual approach and sometimes cleverly sells wrong breed birds in the name of original. Also replaces gender specific birds. Waiting after 6months also, no positive response from them.

They were not upfront..i found three puppies but they were looking soo tired and not healthy at all...the shop owner was not communicating properly about anything... didn't like the shop at all
