Yes, Serotonin releasing meds prescribed by Sir have helped me a lot. It is not possible for everyone to use their cognitive faculties to get out of depression. Sometimes we need external help. In a world of external stimulous, imposed positivity, superficial hopes; a race to become rich, a dry world of stock market investment; we lose ourselves. We feel left behind, lost in a place where we have to stay stuck for eternity. Our minds become weaker and weaker. In some cases talking to someone doesn't work. Meditation feels like moving towards darkness. Mornings feel like a strange planet. Yes, then we need external help. Thanks to Dr. Udayan sir and modern medicines.

Dr Udayan Majumder was one of the best psychiatrist in Tripura...I am in touch with last 2.5 yrs...He has a great inspirational speaker, a very friendly person and he is very caring towards his clients.
